It’s almost impressive that this place is still open with how consistently bad everything is, not to mention the terrible service.I was treated by a greasy employee who looked like he hadn’t showered in 10 days. Couldn’t even see his face with his greasy hair covering it. Couldn’t hear him because he spoke so quietly. I asked him 3 times for a kids quesadilla meal. He was putting everything in a large tortilla, not kids size. He moved slower than I’ve ever seen someone move. He had to be stoned.I then asked for my chicken bowl. Again, moving slower than anyone should while working. I’ll say again, I’m sure he was stoned. Come time to pay, $23 whatever the change was. Thought a kids meal was $5? A bowl is only $10, so that doesn’t add up. “You didn’t order a kids meal” says the cashier. I did, in fact, order a kids meal, and made sure to repeat it to the stoned grease ball 3 times.Also, all the food is cold. Honestly, shut this place down.Edit to respond: This is the same response I got on yelp. I did reach out and nothing came of it.

Pleasantly surprised, I was initially a bit afraid of Mexican fast food, but in the end it was excellent. So, the tacos are extremely hot, but excellent for that. I would go again next

I've never really had any major issues at this location. The service is fast, the food hits the spot whenever I'm craving it, and not many people eat-in so it's always clean. Most customers seem to take their food to go. As far as customer service, the tall girl with the nice flowers tattoo on her forearm is always polite and kind, so props to her.

I love chipotle. I hate this location. I've been here twice, thinking the first visit was just an off night. Tonight was no different than the previous visit, which was about 2 months prior. The staff had terrible attitude towards me and my wife from the start. I understand if you just go through the motions of work and fake smile, that's fine. Let's all get through our day. But they didn't even do that. Instead, the kid scoffed when I asked for extra veggies in my bowl. When he did add the extra veggies, I said "thank you", and he said nothing. Didn't even look me in the eyes. We got home to dig in to our bowl and two chicken tacos. All the food was cold. ALL THE FOOD WAS COLD. COLD CHICKEN. COLD RICE. COLD BLACK BEANS. WERE THE WARMERS BROKEN?! No reason to return here ever until they hire competent employees.

Fooled me twice. Don't order from this place delivery, the first time it was missing ingredients, and this time it was just the tiniest burrito I've ever gotten from Chipotle. It looked like a little whikpy bean burrito from TB.

Ice machine was broken, and no one said anything about it. So my soft drink was warm. My chicken bowl was lean on the chicken and heavy on everything else. I was disappointed with this Chipotle.

This is my new regular local Chipotle, this place is clean and conveniently located on Harbor and Mc Faden. The ice machine was broken for a good 2 weeks, it was a little annoying but we got through it.For some reason everything I order from this place, the person taking the order always seems like they aren't happy to be there. It doesn't matter who's taking the order, they always seem to be in Abad mood.Food is always as expected.

Came here near closing an I couldn't even tell if they were still open LOL Made my way in and ordered a veggie burrito with nearly the whole menu selection of veggies and toppings. So delicious! Highly recommend coming here but, come early so they don't run out of toppings and meat.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT COME HERE!On March 13, 2023, I had stopped by this location...LOVE their food, but NEVER AGAIN, will I go to this location!I had simply ordered a steak/salad bowl (JUST GREENS AND STEAK, literally), and a bag of LARGE CHIPS!Salad/steak bowl at the Bristol location charges me $10.10 + the bag of chips $1.85. So grand total should be less than $15.00, but NOPE! NOT AT THIS LOCATION! The gal behind the register charged me twice, a 1st transaction of $27.85 then charged me an additional $18.00 for a regular sized fountain drink, bcuz she stated "Ooops...I forgot to charge you for the drink!"I didn't grab a receipt as I just accumulate more trash and just told her to toss away the receipt...BIG MISTAKE!So basically, the gal charged me $27.85 for the SIMPLE STEAK/SALAD bowl, plus $18.00 for a damn regular drink!I didn't catch it until the NEXT/LITERALLY following day when I checked my bank account...then I was SURPRISED about the 2 charges totaling $45.85!So I emailed to Chipotle's customer service and to make a long story short, bcuz I did not have my F**KIN RECEIPT, they are NOT able to do anything about this....even after I mentioned and emailed to them PROOF (copies of my bank statement/account)...I am beyond disappointed, as NOT only their staff is SH**TY, but all of their employees are SUPER LAZY there!!!!!Previous times, I would walk in (no one in front or back of me, so just me) when I get there, and bcuz staff members are just LOPING AROUND, pretending to be working, NO "HI", NO "HELLO", NO "I'LL BE RIGHT WITH YOU"...NO NOTHING ! I literally saw 4 employees walk behind the glass/counter, LOOK AT ME DEAD IN THE EYES, and STILL nothing....REALLY !!!!!???? On top of that, the Hispanic manager herself is just RUDE/YOUNG...in her 20s...besides that, she was about to put in my bowl, OLD SALAD, warped greens...and I realized that the 1st container was ALMOST empty, so I was actually relieved as I expect FRESH greens...just like any other customer would...but then she had a slight "ATTITUDE" bcuz she knew it had to be filled up....then mumbled something to me, and went into the back to grab more greens...after she mumbled something to me, she looked at me then rolled her eyes...REALLY !??!!??!!! That's just straight disrespectful, like she was blaming me for the container to get empty....That location NEEDS NEW EMPLOYEES, INCLUDING MANAGEMENT FIRST OF ALL !!!!Because the management is LAZY, so are the employees !!!!************* BEWARE AND BE WARNED !!!!!! **************I am a hard working woman, in her early 40s...corporations/franchises like these, DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU!!!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, SERIOUSLY....VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER....WOULD HAVE GIVEN NEGATIVE DOTS, IF I COULD, NOT STARS!!!!!!!
