This is not the first time I've arrived at this location after everything else is closed only to discover the 24 hour CVS is closed because ALL the employees decided to take a hour long lunch break together at 2am. And of course there is nothing close open. So I'm forced to sit in the parking lot and wait for them (when they should be taking lunches separately). Otherwise I have to drive all the way to Costa Mesa or Newport for an open location. What's the point of the GIANT red sign above the door that says open 24 hours. Cuz they aren't!

I loved this CVS even though they have rude employees because it was open 24/7 and it was super convenient considering I have wonky work hours and am typically up late hours because of it. However they recently changed their hours to closing at 10PM?!? What the heck! Y'all had nothing going for you BUT your around the clock hours, now y'all just have nothing. I even would've understood closing at midnight if y'all really needed to change hours due to staffing or safety. BUT 10?!? That's such a dramatic difference. I'm so bummed by this and honestly angry about it due to how they treat customers there.

Managers on the floor act in a very unprofessional manner, gossiping and laughing at customers is not acceptable. Their should be reviews and accountability for the unethical behavior presented in the sales floor to customers shopping here .

If you're going to have everything locked up then you need extra employees to be wandering around. It shouldn't take 5 minutes for someone to get each item for me that's locked. It's so frustrating

Came to pick up my prescription right now. Store is kept clean and neat. Luckily during expected busy time of the afternoon rush hour, I did not have to wait long in line. They have three pick up registers open and two consultation windows. Sofiya was super sweet!! She is knowledgeable about current updates about what my insurance is currently offering their patience. Winnie is a great pharmacist. Executed explaining my prescription instructions to me! Only sad part is that I thought my prescriptions wouldn't take that long to fill but I saw how many people come to this pharmacy and how many orders lined up on their shelves, I completely understand the wait.

This CVS is the largest one I've found in Santa Ana. It's open 24 hours, but like most there is no reliable bike rack near it. I find myself locking up to the cart corral. Prescription pickups are quite a long wait especially on weekday evenings.

So so happy with the service here today! Everyone at the pharmacy was so kind and helpful. I'd like to thank Tony for going the extra mile for our prescription for our toddler. We had gone to 5 other pharmacies prior to coming here and no one was able to help us because it was out of stock within a 20 mile radius. Tony not only got us our prescription in less than 15 minutes but he also saved us time and money! Thank you so much.

I am 53 year-old Mother of two and have been shopping in this store for the past 20 years. I am a regular here and I have gotten to know a lot of the help over the years. I would say 4 out of every 5 employees at this South Bristol location in Santa Ana (South Coast) have been very helpful and customer-service oriented. I have always appreciated this and it is why I have enjoyed shopping here since 2001 when I moved to California. Last night, I went in to return/exchange a bouquet of roses that my underage son bought for me as a surprise for my birthday. This was the first bouquet of roses he ever bought and didn't realize that they were in terrible condition with the leaves and petals falling off. The (new) manager on duty, Andro, refused to return or exchange the flowers. I explained that my son bought them for me and was upset that they were falling apart and that I am a regular customer, shopping there for the past 20 years. I looked around for help from a friendly face, but there were no familiar faces at the registers. I knew if there was someone working that knew me as a customer that they would make an exception because that is always how this store ran, but apparently there has been great turnover in this store recently. So I left with the flowers and came back the following day when I was told the GM would be working. When I came in, I quickly grabbed something I needed to buy and got in line at the registers. I was elated to see a cashier who has been there for some time and who recognized me and she graciously allowed the return. I had asked her what was going on with the store and she confirmed that most of the previous clerks had left. I really hope that this was just a one-time incident because I have enjoyed shopping here over the years and I have spent thousands of dollars in here easily. I will attach a screen shot from my CVS Extra Bucks Award Tracker from the CVS website that clearly shows that I have SAVED over $6500 since 2015!!! If I saved that much, then how much do you think I spent? I have probably spent about 5 times that much or about $33,000 in this store since 2015!!!! Does Andro not even care about losing a good customer over some dead roses? This kind of customer treatment is going to leave them with very few repeat customers. There are many other places that I can shop and I found Andro to be extremely rude and 100% lacking in any customer service skills. Attention General Manager: Tom Eldridge, you can do better than this, can't you?

tl,dr: Mostly good. I only go here for photo pickup. Likes: + All my past exps picking up photos here ordered through CVS app have been mostly excellent. It's straightforward: once you receive the confirmation that "Your order is being printed!" "... and should be ready by the time you arrive at the store for pick up", get in line at the cashier like you're buying something, then let the cashier know you're there for photo pickup. They'll ring you up within a min. + Thanks T-Mobile Tuesdays! + Ample available parking, even with many ppl coming and going. + Store is conveniently located near all kinds of shops and eateries, even South Coast Plaza! Non-likes: - The photo print confirmation email should mention the store hours. It mentioned the store's address and phone #, but store hours would also be very useful. - I got pranked. I ordered a 4x6 magnet print. Instead, I got my 4x6 photo and some instructions, which say to use the magnet assembly block. Where's the magnet assembly block? I was being helped by manager Tom Eldridge. His service was nice and straightforward, but I think he should've checked that the photo in fact s/b a magnet. I did say "photo pickup please", but I was using "photo" in the general sense. I had received the confirmation email 23 hours ago (it's 8pm now), so I thought by this morning the magnet would already be fully prepared. Still, the associate who rings the customer up should do due diligence and check that there's at least a proper magnet in a magnet order. When Mr Tom handed the lil envelope to me, I thought it felt light only cuz CVS had advanced the strength-weight ratio of their magnet technology while I wasn't looking. Once I realized the truth in my car, I decided it's too late for rectification cuz there was already a slow cashier line forming. *sigh* - Also cuz few employees are operating the cashiers. Two at most. Hue-manatee has fallen on hard times, eh? - The parking lot ambience is sketchy. Always feels like there's a homeless or drugo person watching you from afar (or even close by) when I walk to and fro my car. That's why I try to make my photo pickups here quick and snappy.

Restroom has never been not "out of order." I'd sure hate to work somewhere that supposedly doesn't have restrooms

I've never in my life met worse people working in a store. Rude and ignorant who gets mad if you ask someone for help. Brutal.
