I've stayed over on Dec 23, and customer service was low quality. Bed bugs overnight, no rooms available 1.30 am. 2 hrs later, they had a room(holding out on us). At that point, I got upset why when I asked for a room, no help was provided. Asked for a refund, and customer service was so un professional taking everything personal. Worse stay ever.Rooms: Like economical hotel ruggs are worne and hotel rooms smell economicalSafety: None parking okFood & drinks: Food is okNoteworthy details: Economical low to medium end

Zero stars if I could we had to wait two hours to get checked in and when we finally did our room was dirty and bed unmade as soon as we walked into the door. We had to go back down and wait even longer just for a clean room.If you look up the website under breakfast it says (anyone can see it if you google comfort inn breakfast) that they provide HOT breakfast with eggs, pancakes, French toast, waffles, bacon, sausage, cereal, danishes and more as well as a grab and go breakfast for those in a hurry. I woke up extra early to get in line for breakfast and their "breakfast room" wasn't even open and they said go to front desk, went to front desk and he hassled me about a breakfast ticket no body even gave me on check in, a little piece of paper that won't be replaced if goes missing they said and made me show my ID which I left in the room, for breakfast! Then hands me and my fiancé a brown bag with 2 4fl oz orange juices and 2 rock hard cold jimmy dean sandwhiches. Such false advertising. I can't believe I woke up for this. Plus there's a drug infested homeless encampment in their back yard and when I walked the halls this morning there was trash laying around everywhere in and out of giant trash bags just thrown on the ground

It was a really mixed experience! The good:- The breakfast was excellent: eggs, bacon, sausage, and waffles both days. The folks serving the breakfast were delightful and competent. We stay often in hotels of this level and the breakfast was in the top tier, really impressive.- The bed was comfortable and the room adequately clean: no hair or bugs or anything.- The seating area by the pool was impressive, and I really like the architecture of the building.- The mini fridge was hands down the best, coldest mini fridge I've ever encountered (I always pack lunches and bring ice packs and deli meats and sodas so that's important to me!).The bad:- The room smelled horrible: the chemicals used to cover a room where someone had smoked. I would have moved but my daughter didn't mind and she was competing that weekend, so I didn't want to disrupt her rest by moving. But I had trouble sleeping.- Some of the clientele was a bit sketchy, women very immodestly dressed in like weird leather straps; I was hiding my daughter's eyes. The ugly- The hotel is REALLY run down. The elevator worked fine but is shockingly beat up; it made us feel unsafe. (the bedding and furniture in the rooms was fine though)

Very poor experience. Booked through capital one travel using miles and when I booked it didn’t give me the option to pick bed layout but instead said “room assigned at check in” but when I checked in they had already assigned me a room. I asked if they could switch me to a double bed instead of a king and the front desk agent Jorge was very quick to let me know that he couldn’t do anything for me because I booked on a third party. I explained how it said “assigned at check in” and he continued to blame the third party and told me that things would be different if I would have just booked through them. Not helpful and kind of rude. Be sure was quick to tell me that our conversation was being recorded. I understand that third party sites can cause issues for hotels but cmon man it’s 2023 everyone books through third party. You chose not to help me and used that as an excuse.Room was not great, the pictures don’t show the actual quality of the hotel. Breakfast was meh as well. Don’t book this hotel.

This Hotel is trashy. My wife 2 year old and I were staying here last night and got evacuated by a fire. We had stayed one of the 5 nights in our booking and had to walk to another hotel with most of our stuff and make a new booking there. The staff at comfort inn decided to penalize us and only refund 1/3 of the amount paid. So now I have just paid almost 400 dollars for one uncomfortable night at a trashy hotel because they refuse to refund us. Never ever staying at another one of these trashy places again no matter the cost.Rooms: Rooms were dirty, muggy and the tv didn’t workSafety: The place was on fire last time I saw it: and I wasn’t even refunded for my stay somehow

I have expectations not met. The laundry room closes at 10pm. Why. Keep it open 24 hours for guests. I attempted to do laundry this morning and it was the worst experience. The washer is very small and expensive for the size. Another problem is that it only takes credit card and no quarters. I was able to do a wash with credit card. I tried to use the dryer but was not able to do. The credit card terminal on the washer declined 3 different credit cards. Another company runs the laundry facility and that is a problem. Hey choice run your laundry room yourself and no credit cards. I rather use quarters. Real inconvenience for me. I had to dry my clothes at a Laundromat. I am on vacation and do mind any inconvenience.

Great place for the price. Excellent wait staff for breakfast—friendly and keeping the food stocked. Nice touch with the fire pit - was on late at night and I enjoyed being able to sit by it for a lil bit to wind down. The staff works hard to keep things running and make a point to check in with the guests. I appreciate this place.

Pros: The shuttle drivers Manny and George are so friendly and warm. They have amazing customer service and we're the best part of the whole experience. It's conveniently located and parking is plentiful. Cons: it's dirty there. The carpets are nasty and the entire property seems grimy. There is construction going on right now in some of the rooms, which added to the cluster. There are no usb plugs for chargers and at night the back parking lot gets a little sketchy. Overall, I'm glad I tried it, very glad to have met Manny and George but next time I'm going to pay the extra $30 for a hotel across the street.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced at a comfort inn. This hotel charges you $50 to check in 30 minutes early. I have never heard of that. These people are so stingy and the hospitality is so low, I will never stay here again. They do nothing except upset their guests.

really good hotel for the price! rooms were cozy and comfortable, we really appreciate the essentials provided in our room. (Microwave, fridge, etc.) AC/Heater worked more than perfectly fine and room service was offered every day. Free breakfast, waffles were delicious! Nice pool and cozy hot tub with super cute campfire area in front. Cool gym. Really great service from everyone at front desk and nice items to buy or use there. Don’t know why everyone complains about noise when it’s dedicated to an airport and there’s other hotels surrounding the area. Loved this hotel and I would book here again without a doubt.Nearby activities: Pool and hot tub was amazing, lots of close things less than or up to 30 mins away

Loud intermittent sounds like a drill occurring late at night makes sleeping difficult. Room smells from recent renovation. I do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel was not fantastic. I love that most things were outdoors, the lobby was cleaned, rooms were picked up daily and we were given fresh towels everyday. Breakfast was the same each day: eggs, sausage, bacon. with a variety of cereals, muffins, bagels, toast, yogurt. Pool and firepit was clean. The rooms themselves though... our carpet seemed damp, the lamps in the room were gross. the elevator was shady, it made a noise and closed on my friends foot.

The nicest hotel I've stayed at and I've been to many! I loved the free breakfast, pool, and hot tub that was offered. There was also a gym and laundry room which was awesome. Room service was super kind and so was everyone at the front desk. The location was amazing and convenient, parking was never a hassle, AC/Heater worked perfect, so many complimentary things like fridge, microwave, much more that other hotels don't offer for more $$!! Everything was well worth the price and I would book again here without a doubt. It can get a little noisy because of the airplanes but I expected no less considering it's near an airport so I have no complaints about that! Nice and beautiful view, everything was just super nice and worth the price of booking if you plan to stay more than one night or even one night alone!

I booked a stay for my senior parents from Dec 19 - Jan 9 via Priceline. According to Priceline, I needed to book only up until the Jan 9 to get a discounted rate. Since my parents were staying until Jan 12 in the US, I booked a second reservation from Jan 9 - 12.When I spoke to the hotel staff (a middle-aged blonde lady) the week before Jan 9 to confirm my reservation and to pay for early check-in, I was told that on the 9th, all my parents needed to do was come to their office to switch their keys; they wouldn't have to check-out (only to check back in) since I'm also paying $50 for early check-in.However, on Jan 8, I was told by Betsy (unapologetically and arrogantly) that our second reservation was not possible because California law only allowed a maximum of 21 days. She repeatedly brought this up and shut us down without even trying to offer any sort of solution. All she said was, "They can't stay here because CA law requires a maximum of 21 days." I told her that I did not have a problem adhering to these laws. This was not the problem. The problem was a staff member telling us one thing, charging us for the room, only to be told another after a few days. To this she responded, "our staff is currently undergoing training", like this is supposed to be the guest's problem? Instead of being apologetic for their mishap, she made it seem like it was my fault for booking at a third-party (Priceline). Not a single apology from this woman. It's almost like she was even pissed that we were confused and asked about our booking.I asked for her to cancel my booking and she acknowledged. I called later to follow up and she never cancelled it for me. Instead, I spoke to someone named Omar to proceed cancelling the reservation. When you book a cheap hotel, even though they lack the best amenities, you would at least hope that this is balanced out by helpful staff. But of course, that's a bit of an ignorant expectation. I should expect next time that a dingy hotel will also attract the incompetent.Betsy, if you are so unhappy about your job, please quit ASAP. No one is forcing you to work there.

The staff was great, the continental breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. I thought this area would be okay when reserving it but some of the people staying there looked sketchy and the parking lot overlooks the riverbed where there was homeless encampments. Despite all of that we stayed here for two days without incident.
