I had a horrible incident in Vegas and I brought my car in to Cosmetic Auto Collision and they took care of my car SUPER GOOD! My car looks amazing as if nothing happened to car. The way they left my car is as if nothing ever happened to it. Amazing customer service from the owner and Sonia! Sonia is just the sweetest person and wants to help the customer. She is incredibly patient, gives great detail information, and always has a smile.

Don’t ever take your car with this shop ! They lied to you ! They just wanna charge you more money for storage ! Costumer service so terrible !! I had my car for an estimate and they never gave me one , I had to call them more than 20 times in order for them to answer my calls ! Be careful with this body shop ‘ it’s the most terrible place. One week later they answered my call and I didn’t wanted to do no business with them , they were supposed to bring my car and they haven’t bring it yet and they still have it and they’re not answering my calls ! Please BE CAREFUL ! I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NOT EVEN TO MY ENEMY !!!!!

So, my coupe was damaged in the front from being clipped, and all I needed was a front bumper and a side panel with a touch-up paint job. This is not a very complicated fix and yet it took them 3 months to finish and it was postponed multiple times. When I was finally able to pick up my car they told me to wait in a rather impolite manner because they still weren’t finished by noon when they told me that I could come pick it up. I waited for two more hours while they took it on multiple test drives and polished it. However when I pulled out of the shop they gave me my car back without any gas from doing all those test drives and my car died in the middle of an intersection half a mile later. I have never seen such a horrible case of indifference to customer relations. However, the only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars instead of the well-deserved 1 star review is because the quality of the fix was actually very good and exceeded my expectations. I really wish I could give this place a good review for the great quality work they did but I was deeply infuriated with their incompetent approach to customer service and the 3 months time that it took for them to finish.

They did such a good job in fixing the paint on my car. Very reasonable pricing and just a few days of work to do. I would definitely bring my car back here for any further work. They even offered to give me a ride. Very good customer service.

I go into a stuuupid accident about a week ago and a friend recommended Cosmetic Auto Care/Collision to get my car fixed. Full Disclosure: I don't usually give a review, even when I felt I should. But because of how impressed and "WOW"ed I was, it compelled me to write this review. In short: AWESOME, SPECTACULAR, FANTASTIC! In detail: I was amazed by the quality of care Sonia and Rich provided me. Sonia really took care of me. She was honest and straightforward and her friendly smile made me feel comfortable. They fixed my car in a timely manner. No run-around! Sonia set the right expectations. They even detailed my car, which was totally unexpected. In the midst of this pandemic, the struggle is absolutely REAL, and Sonia understood that. She provided me a loaner car while they worked on my car and a plan that would help the cost of getting my car fixed. This is not to say that help like this will happen all the time nor should it be expected all the time. However, because of the hardship we are all going through, their compassion, understanding, and sacrifice made a world of difference to me as a customer. This is why I am compelled to write this transparent and favorable review. Their customer care and quality work speaks volumes! I HIGHLY recommend Cosmetic Auto to my loved ones near and far.
