So tired that Marriott should grab it’s shotgun and put get out of her misery. Our room was musty and needed to be updated. There was no microwave. The coffee bar staff were amazing (which is why they got 3 stars for service ) but at checkin the night clerk was meh. I travel and stay at Marriotts all the time. I had already paid for my room and thought that a 250 dollar credit card hold in a hotel that was not full service was high. I do agree with other reviews that a 15 dollar a night parking fee is excessive.Overall I gave it 2 stars because it is not a welfare motel, and it doesn’t appear that you’ll get mugged going to your room (although the hallways are dark and scary). I mention this because in California it’s very easy to accidentally book yourself into a hotel that is dangerous. However, I definitely would not stay here again or recommend to anyone else.

YOUR CAR WILL BE BROKEN INTO!! Do not stay at this Marriott if you care about the safety of your car. I stayed here for two nights and the front windshield on my Lexus was smashed and someone unscrewed the security nuts on my cargo carrier and walked away with it. Homeless drug addicts rome the street of this hotel. Absolutely do not bring your children here unless you are desperate or broke. If you see a tan sedan or SUVwith arizona license plates and a smashed drivers side quarter panel parked in the lot, run, because they are jacking people and cars.

Solid overall but I wish there was complimentary breakfast and REALLY wish there wasn't a daily $15 parking fee.Otherwise we had no problems. Room was in good condition and we took advantage of the basic but effective gym.

Oct 2023- stayed with my family and dog. We were told that dogs were allowed, but not told until we checked in that there was a $150 pet fee.We were told there was breakfast from 7-11am. We were not told that it was a breakfast bistro (additional charge) and not included. We were not told until we checked in that there was a parking charge of $15 per day.The Saturday of our weekend stay as we were getting ready for our event, there was no hot water. We were told “it was a city issue.”All that being said, the bed was comfortable and the AC worked great. For that we were grateful. If you’re planning to stay here be sure to factor in all the extra charges!

No EV charger available. Free taco and margaritas hour was over in 7 min. Forced to leave the fire pit at 10pm by a very unpleasant employee two of the 5 nights we were there. Sink backed up in room randomly.

Barely, the room is decent but nothing to write home about, bathroom and counter space is barely enough for 1 person. The water can be scalding hot, definitely not for small children to use unattended. The rooms, the hallways, the elevator and everywhere in between had a distinct " unpleasant" odor, definitely not the hotel scent on tik toc You do get a room refresh but they didn't swap used towels, they just rehung them Bath room has shampoo, conditioner and body wash. No shower cap and no lotion. No hair dryer either, bring your own. There is a microwave and a coffee maker. The bar downstairs does have Starbucks coffee to purchase. The entire staff is pleasant and accommodating.

We recently had our second stay at this hotel. The staff members are friendly, especially Paulina who is personable and helpful. She gave us fantastic recommendations for restaurants we never would have found on our own. We will be back.

Hotels fine but I had to post about the prices at the bistro. Holy moley what a rip off. I got the $14 avacado toast and I can’t believe how little avacado is actually on it, not even one full tomato, and a bunch of arugula to cover the saddest soggy piece of bread.

Decent enough Marriott. Room was comfy and spacious but appeared dated. Pool was OK, but nothing special. The lobby was absolutely dead at night, so they closed the bar early. $15 for parking was a bit of a bummer in this location, feel like it should be free. Overall, a serviceable location but don't expect anything to wow you.

I'm a Platinum member (recently down from Titanium) and always loved Marriott properties. Unfortunately, my experience at this location was less than stellar. The front desk associate, Daisy, was rude and condescending from the start so I asked to speak with the Mgr. When Javier began to assist me he too was unpleasant. Basically they couldn't upgrade me but no problem. I asked if they would be kind enough to waive the $15 parking fee that was something many other properties were happy to do. This property had plenty of parking area so I didn't think it was that big of a deal. After checking in there was so much noise from a large group of young kids who were loud throughout the entire night. There were also a few homeless people walking on the property. I think Javier should have asked the guests to quiet down after 9:00pm. I do not recommend this property unless the GM, Ms. Julie Buttner, teaches her staff to be more cooperative to loyal clients. A nice gesture of waiving a $15 parking fee would have gone a long way.

As a young solo traveller, I greatly appreciated the very friendly staff. They really made me feel welcome and played an important role in a super memorable stay in California. If you want a quiet hotel to relax this is definitely one I would seriously consider.Food & drinks: There is a 24/7 snack bar and great breakfast offeringsNoteworthy details: Very kind staff

We checked in late with little kids after a long drive. When we entered the room had a smell was like a old motel - we thought that was what we got for late check in and we had never stayed in courtyard/ this property before so did not know know what is normal for this property and it was late for the evening with kids so stayed there. For next couple night- we were barely in the room coz most of our at the back or kids activities around. On the check out date we Ate breakfast- now when we received a bill- found that they changed for for smoking in the room. We felt insulted and were disappointed about their judgement -obviously being non smokers for lifetime and checking in with two little kids. Called and got the refund of the extra charge but I would never stay in this particular place even for free. No thank you.

Great staff, reasonable facilities with coffee and light meals, full bar. Street is very noisy -- suggest getting a room away from street.
