I went to the crocs store and my daughter was crying she has autism and the cashier worker was like oh is she your daughter because you need to step out of the store with your daughter cause she is crying and supposedly about a sensor so I will never ever buy from this store location again they discriminate people with disabilities and they’re really ignorant how dare she telling me that I need to take my daughter out of the store just cause she was crying my daughter and like everyone else has the right to go to stores this happened at the main place mall location at 10/16/24 like around 2:30 pm i’m really upset with this that happened to my daughter because it’s not right

I’m the worst person to do returns, I normally don’t ever make returns.. cause there is always something.. got a pair of yellow boots for my son from Crocs at Orange Outlets..when I got them they told they were returns because California doesn’t sell that kind of stock. Took them home my son tried they were too small. He never took out of room and they are saying that they look used..is a lie. I would never tried to return an item that I have used, that is out of my complete behavior. I had the receipt, yes the boots didn’t have tag attached, the boots look exactly as I got them from crocs at Orange. Left them there with your people at front counter.. at this particular Crocs place..didn’t want my money, I just wanted an exchange for something else and an extra pair for my daughter. This is my ever first review don’t normally like to this but I hate the fact that they said that they look used. They call me a liar basically and that is very offensive, I would have give them to someone else, if the was the case.

They have a wide variety of models and accessories. They helped us a lot because we spoke to ask about a specific model and they responded and helped us find out if they had them.

Very bad customer service. Will never come to this store to shop again. This is the second time I shop here and both time was the worst. All the associates standing there looking at customers without asking if we need help. When I asked for my size she was dragging herself to the stockroom to check with a cold face. The cashier lady named Marissa was so rude, and Mellisa the manager was not helpful with the exchange. Who would want to shop in the store like this.

Tried to do an exchange and they told me I was only able to exchange sizes for the certain style (shrek) and couldn't pick a different one. After I said ok I'd like to return them and they told me due to that style they were unable to do a return because it was a special release and was more of a final sale, even tho there website gives you several options to do a return....didn't want to go back and forth and returned them online via shipping instead.
