Very bad customer service. Will never come to this store to shop again. This is the second time I shop here and both time was the worst. All the associates standing there looking at customers without asking if we need help. When I asked for my size she was dragging herself to the stockroom to check with a cold face. The cashier lady named Marissa was so rude, and Mellisa the manager was not helpful with the exchange. Who would want to shop in the store like this.

Tried to do an exchange and they told me I was only able to exchange sizes for the certain style (shrek) and couldn't pick a different one. After I said ok I'd like to return them and they told me due to that style they were unable to do a return because it was a special release and was more of a final sale, even tho there website gives you several options to do a return....didn't want to go back and forth and returned them online via shipping instead.

Please, don't come this crocs. Staffs are not nice. They are young, but they don't know how to service for customers. I bought same shoes same brand, but they come different price. So weird, they have same shoes same color, but some with 39.99 , some with 59.99. They forgot to put the new price on some pair.

I NEVER leave poor reviews but this store really needs a refresher course in customer service and ethics. I completely understand the stress of the holiday season but at least do the basics! As we walk into the entrance, we immediately get met by a human arm coming down by the worker as if its an exclusive club in DTLA. He dully says without an expression or eye contact, "There's a line." We're turning our heads in disbelief because there is no line visibly next to or on the side of the store. After we look confused, he finally points across the mall to the line. OK. He couldve said it nicer or even motioned in that direction instead of being a human barricade, but you know what, thats fine. Not a big deal.After waiting for 20 min in line, we shop, get our items and as we're checking out at the register with a different employee, she asks if we'd like to add on shoe cleaner for $5. I said sure! She then asks if Id like a bag for my purchase. I ask her to repeat herself and she again says would you like a bag for your items. Oh yes, I say! She rings me up and I leave the store.I get not even 100 feet away from the store, checking my receipt and I see she charges me for a reusable bag. I'm confused because I didnt know this bag was for purchase nor did she communicate this with me. I walk back to the store and go up to the same guy at the door who clearly hates his job and asks him if they only have bags for sale and none free with your purchase. He informs me that they do have free standard bags. I tell him I didnt know that and would like to return the reusable bag. He then says, " You have to wait in line". Even though I just left your store 30 seconds ago? "I dont make the rules" he says. IT GETS WORSE.I wait in line which has now stretched further than when I came originally and wait another 30 min. Finally get to the register and ask the same woman that checked me out for a refund on the bag. She says the bags are non-refundable. Theres people standing behind me and I'm trying my best to not be THAT customer. I hate customers that cause a scene. So I calmly but straightforwardly ask her why she didnt tell me the bag was for purchase. "Oh well I asked you if you wanted a crocs bag for your items" (NO YOU DIDNT) "and our logo bags arent free the green bags are free" I then ask her as a new customer how am I supposed to know that Crocs has 2 types of bags?! And why she could clearly ask me whether I wanted to add on shoe cleaner to my purchase but not a bag. She's like, "I completely understand where you're coming from. Thats just how I say it and was trained to say it" (you're trained to get a sale at any cost, sure I believe it). She then reiterates that she cannot refund the bag. Welp, in that case you can return all my items. I noticed that every customer ahead of me and that left that store had a crocs logo bag. Not one standard green bag in sight! I HIGHLY doubt these reusable bags are THAT popular and theyre likely doing the same thing they did to me to everyone else. Please DO better. I understand you have corporate rules to abide by but do not forget to use COMMON SENSE. If the building was burning, would you say you cant leave because your shift isnt over yet?! It's really sad you lost a first time customer over something this basic.

I hate leaving bad reviews but I just felt the need to do so for this store's lack of customer service. I believe there were two female employees and one male. I was there to buy jibbitz. I could see they had marked down a bunch of packs so I was taking my time looking through them trying to find a cute pack. Anyways, as I made my way around to the jibbitz area one of the female associates (which I didn't even know was a worker there until the other female came to tell her something) looked at me and my son and just barely moved out of the way for us to walk through. I don't know what her rush was to get into that area but I felt like I was just being watched despite there being another couple and some younger teens in the store, she made my shopping experience uncomfortable. Had she been nicer and simply made me aware of the fact she worked there by providing customer service I would have probably purchased some full priced jibbitz. Anyways after that ordeal I get ready to check out. The other female that had said something to the jibbitz associate was behind the counter. She was writing something down and not even aware I had been standing there waiting. When she finally looked up, it just looked like she was having a bad day or something. No smiles anywhere she just said, "are you ready?" to which I replied yeah and set my items down. I decided to get two of the marked down packs. I was going to hand her the last one I decided not to get but I thought heck the stand is three steps away so I put it back myself. She rung me up and I paid and just her overall demeanor was miserable. She handed me my purchase and I said thank you and that was it. No "have a nice day" or "thank you for stopping in". I've worked retail before and I know customers can be difficult and I know what having to work on a bad day is like but that doesn't mean you can treat all customers the same.

The overall store is great and has a variety of crocs to choose from. Me and my wife wanted to buy crocs for both of my daughters and my nephew. This store was having a Buy 1 get 1 25% off so it was a great opportunity to purchase the products that we intended to buy. When we attempted to buy 3 pairs of Crocs that would have totaled $123.75 + tax (including the discount) the cashier Mondes told us we could not purchase all 3 pairs. This was highly confusing as the sign did not mention any restrictions. After much confusion we were told me and my wife can only purchase 1 pair individually. So we paid a total of $90 for two pairs of crocs in two separate transactions. After leaving the store me and my wife were speechless and I was still trying to comprehend what had just occurred. While we were eating my wife mentioned how the other worker was looking confused as well, wish she would have stepped in. Again, this is still a great store but I will approach sale promotions cautiously in the future.
