Service was fast they did my nails and feet at the same time. I usually pay $100 for both home in MD.but here I only paid $65 very nice if I’m ever back in OC I’ll come back.

The ladies who work here are very rude, and I didn't even get my nails done. I was waiting for my mom who was getting her nails done. While I was waiting I was sitting by the door. And the lady who was wearing an Orange shirt was walking around didn't say excuse me, she was moving her chair around me and again didn't say excuse. That fact that these people who work here don't like the decent to even say excuse me. I used to get my nails done here and my nails got infected and didn't go back. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone. You get what you buy.

They cut my skin, I had tell every minute how I wanted them done, their nail clippers where dirty, I'm not going to lie, but she was done under 20 minutes. I don't recommended and will never go again. Very very disappointed never again.

They charged me for a stupid flower and it looked so sloppy. The lady rushed my nails and didn't even say anything when she left to go to the next person. She was eating while doing my set. Awful service overall. 100 percent would not recommend.

They are ALWAYS friendly and professional, and there are lots of nail technicians that work there so I have never had to wait. TIP: if you want perfect nails done FAST, ask for Tina, she is amazing.

Terrible. Cheap but you get what you're paying for. Customer service slow and rude af. They rush & don't care about their work. There's literally dents & a hair encapsulated in my nail. Never again.

Cynthia - but she didn'tn want toc give me her name so she said#7. She seemed frustrated, . And forced to like she's there. Nobody like workingon President's Day but her vibe to work was off.i get it. But I hated her negligent style of work. Very whatever.Very sloppy. CYNTHIA #7 had paint all over my fingers and decided to DRILL the paint off!! No! I stopped her. You have to speak up. They don't know what they are doing. Please make sure they are licensed.i didn't see a license.I went last minute but you are PAYING for a service and if it's not happening, speak up...

Went in for a refill and my nails look the same the guy didnt even shape my nails, the nail polish looks ugly, theres bubbles on all my nails!!!!
