The store itself is fine but the pharmacy is horrible. The slowest service imaginable and they are liars! I took my wife to get a flu shot and at first they said $36, then $39 and as they were about to give her the shot they said $50! Unbelievable, and they took damn near an hour to give it. They are so unprofessional and slow with everything, I have waited over an hour for my meds before and that was an hour AFTER the doctor called them in. Never going back

Rude Pharmacy. Don't recommend. Today my last day going to this pharmacy at least for myself. CVS in general has always been rude and with mental illness and anxiety they don't make your experience better, but Costco pharmacy does and are very nice. Good riddance CVS.

This pharmacy is listed as 24hr online which is not true. Closing at 5pm when people are getting off work makes no sense.

I'm really disappointed that I wasn't able to use the restroom at CVS. I asked if they had one available and they said no due to Covid and it was only for employees. I'm a mother expected a child and had my toddler with me that needed to go use the restroom but yeah the cashier told me I can go to Northgate and use the restroom. How is that convenient?

This is a very busy pharmacy. The pick up line can be quite long, but the pharmacists and technicians are helpful. My only real complaint are the hours it opens and closes. It opens when most people have to be at work, and closes when most people get off. 8am-5pm needs to be extended for the average working customer.

Being smack right in the heart of Santa Ana and no Spanish speaking pharmacy staff available. This is completely unacceptable. Having staff that can provide services in the majority language is essential to provide HEALTH ACCESS to community members. I am severely dissatisfied and disappointedI am happy to edit my review upon response from CVS pharmacy.Update: Spanish speaking pharmacist present, now hire more and pay them what they deserve ♥️

Horrible policy, bought a Covid test kit, and I tried to return the next day but was refused to return it.No one mentioned that the test kits are not returnable. And they said it’s new policy. How is new policy applied to an old purchase?

this has been my cvs for years since i was a child and for a while the service is great but idk who they have in charge of the pharmacy now but he always mess up my prescription and give me the wrong needle to do my shot and it feels deliberate and transphobic because this never happened beforehand til he started filling out my prescriptions. he also never gives me enough im always running out and im busy i have school and work i dont have time to refill every month when my doctors note says clearly to refill every 3 months.

The pharmacy at CVS is the worst, they never have stuff ready they claim they can't find you in the system. Most of the people don't speak English, and can't understand what you're saying. It's very frustrating and I really need to find another CVS other CVS.

I love how you're on hold and you can hear the staff pick up the line and then quickly put you back on hold! Wow. They don't even say "we will be right with you" or anything along those lines. Just "click, click, hold music". I am hoping someone will read my review while I'm on hold and will pick up the phone and SPEAK to me.
