I had a problem with my prescription being billed to the wrong insurance. Today, I had the pleasure of speaking with Samantha, the pharmacist. She was kind, patient, and extremely understanding of my situation. She took the time to go over each prescription that was billed incorrectly, and even went above and beyond to a few months back on my profile to make sure that the claim was correct. I am glad to have her helped me today.

My experience was great! The pharmacist Jack and his assistant Vinny we’re great I’ve been coming here for years Jack and Vinny have always gone above and beyond all my expectations, all the staff have always been great I highly recommend them to all my friends and family!

Very annoying and inconvenient that store closea for 30 minute break and associates don't show up until 10 or 15 minutes later allowing for the pick up line to get long and have to wait for at least 20 minute. Not against the 30 minutes break but the inconvenience of way for them not showing up back on time

The pharmacists here are always warm and professional. Some of them speak Spanish and other languages and can help a wide variety of customers feel welcome and help them understand how to use their prescription. Pharmacists have always explained or offered to explain my prescription and do so in a clear and respectful manner. The one area that the pharmacy could improve is increasing staffing and hours of operation. Weekends are most convenient for working people to come to the pharmacy, but the hours are much shorter. It looks like the weekday lunch break is now shorter than it was previously, but I hope that they can find a way to increase staffing to cover that gap, too.

This place is TEtRRIBLE!!!!! 3300 Bristol CVS in Target has the worst experience ever! I went to the good CVS I normally use and One of my prescriptions was not there , it was at the 3300 Target CVS. I had the clerk transfer it to 3911 but it wasn't in stock so I had her transfer it back to the Target one. I was at the counter at 6:57pm. The clerk who said she was Manager on Duty covering for Jack, said at 6:58 they had it and could fill it tomorrow. The time changed to 6:59pm and she said she could. It fill the prescription in 30 seconds even though she had it in stock. when I first arrived at the window the clerk loudly said "Do you want me to take the cash out of the drawers? Rude, unprofessional, and not safe or wise. This was my 4th trip to CVS this week. Thursday is as soon as they can get my Epi pen on stock even though Target CVS has it. So frustrating. I am trying to not be around a lot the of people not be around them more with a compromised immune system. Very poor customer service not to help a customer that was in line before closing. I worked retail for 19 years and have been getting prescriptions for 40 years. This is very unacceptable Customer Service.

They deal with a high volume of people as quickly as they can and have always been kind to me. The staff has been helpful in contacting offices as well.

Big thank you to Jack - my wife's father had a prescription that was only partially fulfilled at another CVS. He was able to quickly transfer the prescription while juggling other customers. He was very kind and attentive and I appreciate it quite a bit. He also was offering people n95 masks, which didn't happen at the previous CVS location. Thank you for the exception service!

The lady named Maria who works at CVS inside this Target on 10/21/21 at 5:00 pm was one of the rudest people ever. I know you had a long day. I also had a long day with 12 hours shift. I just wanted to get my medicine and go home. But she didn’t even tell me that my medicine was ready and made me go back in line to wait. She gave such an annoying attitude when serving me and was fine with other patients. Please don’t try to pull the race card because I was the only Asian there. If you choose this medical field then at least have some morals. Such a mean lady. I will never come back to this CVS for my medicine.

Tue 10/12/2021: Photo pickup went smoothly. Cashier 1 was open, so I stepped right up and let 'em know my name. The attendant took 1-2min to find my order, then I was on my way. They should have a sign that says "photo pickup here" so I know not to look all over the store for a photo center.

This drug store fascinated me by its amazing customer service! I am so glad that I discovered this drug store. Now I know where to go every time I needed to buy some medicine and vitamins! This drug store deserves to be known by many!

I have been getting my prescriptions filled at this pharmacy for over six years and am very pleased with their service. The pharmacists and techs are friendly and personable and always go above and beyond their normal call of duty to make sure their customers are well taken care of, even when they get very busy, which is often. I want to give a special 10 stars to pharmacist Jack Lam for his kindness and patience with staff and customers! Even when rushed, he does not rush his customers and always leaves us with a kind word.

A big thank you to Jack. Came in with prescriptions and was confused on how to go about getting my meds with the insurance I have. Very friendly, personable and professional. Jack patiently went through all my insurance cards to find which we're still valid and not valid. He then explained very thoroughly how and when to take my medicine going forward.
