Awful experience at cvs. They canceled my order even though they have everything in stock and I had to go to the store and walk up to the counter to try to complete my order that they did not complete and then to make matters even worse I used a coupon on my order online to pick up but apparently I wasn't given my coupon back even though they canceled my order so all around terrible experience and I had to walk out because of their incompetence

There’s only some stars, as it’s 24 hours store and the pharmacy staff I’ve dealt with here are decent and no issues but the few staff on the floor and check out (both male staff) I interacted with are just condescending and lack customer service skills or just don’t like people. Ummm, no one forced you to take this job. I like to believe I’m pretty friendly and down to earth and I was having issues with the self check out and I needed assistance and both experiences with both male staff were poor and just left me a bad experience, that I rather use a different CVS store or business. Waay too much attitude when the store wasn’t even busy and very few customers.

Worst customer service in the pharmacy the supervisor there is extremely rude and condescending my son takes a prescription in the afternoon that he has been taking for 6 plus months and there is an issue with the code for it to go through insurance however every single month they change it and it goes through except today this jerk said he can’t change the code so my son can get his medication even though he has gotten it every month the way he spoke to me was completely uncalled for and he kept saying are you done yet and being extremely rude about my son can’t go without this medication and instead of trying to help me this guy was a complete jerk if something happens to my son because he doesn’t have his medication this will be on him and this pharmacy

Pharmacy “manager” needs to be trained on what an issue date is and an expiration date and needs to check his attitude. He kept insisting that my insurance was expired WHEN IT WAS NOT, I left CVS and went to Walgrees right after and they had NO ISSUE finding my insurance.

I just wanted to give credit to the hard working staff.at the Pharmacy there. Very kind. Michelle was helping me and went the extra effort to take care of my problem. She & Tony and the staff were working hard and went past there lunch start time by some minutes. Just goes to show it's not about the minutes. It showed it's about the customers.Great job! Team players. Keep up the good work!

This store and the staff are very friendly. It's a larger 24 hour CVS store well stocked, clean, and organized.

Waited for help in the pain level isle for 10 to 15 minutes after pressing the help button twice, I finally went up to the front to find the 2 people chatting, the older lady with glasses and short hair finally help but what a unprofessional service. Name on my receipt Connie.
