I have been going to this pharmacy for about a year and they are excellent. the pharmacist is knowledgable and takes the time to explain medication and answer any questions. I asked her to transfer other medications from CVS and it was sone without missing a beat. they are friendly and quick. I have had poor experiences with larger pharmacy chains with crowds and entertaining special request. you can't go wrong at DiaCare pharmacy. Kurt

]Worst pharmacy ever. Came here several times the lady made me purchase 300$ worth of bad quality vitamins to get my medication from them. She said by law they have to do this. So every time i get medication i have to pay 300$ worth of vitamins?? Also the prices ate off. I pay 30$ at cvs or target she charges 80$. I said why so much she said that's the going rate. These people are bad just making up prices. Avoid this place like the plague.

I love this pharmacy. They are so nice and attentive. When other pharmacies have been so shady to me. I'm so glad I found them. They are nice and helpful. I appreciate them and sadly I have seen them be so mistreated by customers who don't get their way.

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to and I'm not saying that lightly. Messy, unorganized, and bad attitude from Rina. Told her I'd be there in an hour over the phone and she still did not get around to my prescription. Then had me waiting 30 minutes while taking care of another patient who ended up leaving to go to CVS for same problem. Said my insurance did not cover a medication that I get every month from other pharmacies and charged me $100. Then during cordial discussion angrily tells me I can go somewhere else all because I'm simply trying to understand the cost. I can sympathize as she's obviously all by herself in a bogged down pharmacy but this is not how you treat respectful new customers. Never coming back this is a horrendous display of healthcare. Wouldn't be surprised if there's shady stuff going on. How is this the first place to not process my insurance?

Disappointed to see they aren't wearing masks. This pharmacy is located right next to a dialysis center. Literally across the hall from it, 10 feet. I assume since this pharmacy is called DiaCare, they would know just how at risk the dialysis patients are. Disrespectful and dangerous

Not sure who that lady is, but is always there and I always have some different problem picking up my prescription. Today I came by after more than a year after the pandemic and she charged me quadruple what I paid for in the past. Then I ask about my insurance and she already answers no before I even tell her, then she starts walking off saying "if you don't want it then don't take it, go find someone else" like wtf?!! Are you trying to not to have my business? She was a horrible experience, watch out for her shady prices she seems to pull out of thin air and not even offer insurance help. She also sucks at math when she was selling someone an ice cream bar I witnessed. Hope you guys close down you rude POS!
