My bed was defective and uneven. You get what you pay for. They don’t care ??♀️ after you pay then and go home your on your own.I will not buy from here anymore. ??♀️

I stopped in and they have a very attractive show room and was told by a very professional and friendly sales person that their online catalog has 20 times the amount of products on display. Their prices were exceptionally reasonable and look forward to shopping there more in the future.

I bought a queen size bed frame. I assembled it all together and the FIRST NIGHT of sleeping on it, it broke. The wooden legs that hold the middle beam immediately snapped in half. I didn't jump on the bed, I didn't do anything crazy, I sat down and snap! The quality is very bad, didn't even last a day. Their policies of return and exchange are only in regards to items that ship broken. Not, items that are terrible quality and break immediately. Do not recommend this place for buying bed frames and I question the quality of everything else.

The wood legs that hold the middle wood bar kept coming off.. reached out to them to see what could be done... their solution.... go to home depot and get pieces of wood cut the same length.....

Don't buy here!! I have bought a few items, I bought a queen bed, a kids bed, a sofa and another queen bed.. all of them broke so fast, they didn't last the year.. I''M SO DISAPPOINTED !! Their quality is very cheap...

Love this place and Ana is the BEST! We purchased a Cali king mattress and dining set several years ago, and have no complaints. The mattress still lets me sleep like a queen and the dining table couldn't look more elegant and timeless! So the place doesn't look much and there isn't much you can look at or try since it's a very small store. Also, the store front might look sketch. However, trust me, you won't get a better deal for a mattress and dining set here. Ask for Ana and she will give you a fair deal. They are super easy to work with, delivery is no hassle and very quick! If you don't like any of the items on display, ask for a catalog and they can order and deliver for you. I'll be coming back for years to come! Thanks again Ana for all your help!!

Don't Pay Retail had everything I was looking for at a very reasonable price. Great customer service and very helpful. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend them to anyone out there looking for any furniture.

Do not buy from them. Trust me I know first hand what crooks they are. We visited their store and we found a headboard for my sons room and we asked is if it was a full. They said "yes". We looked around and cane back to this store. I called then to make sure it was still there and it was and again I Confirmed if it was a full and they said "yes" again We got to the store with a truck and for the final time I asked again if it was a full and again I was told "yes" so we purchased it and sure enough we got it home and it's a Queen. I called them and they told me it was final sale and they won't do anything about it. This store has horrible customer service and are crooks. Do not shop here! I don't care how cheap it is. You will end up paying more one way or another. .

Loving our furniture! My friend recommended this place and I was not convinced at first. I looked through their website and social media page before making a purchase. They responded quickly with all the questions I had. I am not too sure how the warehouse looks like because my boyfriend went to purchase it in person. So far, we are loving our new sofa and table. Thank you! Just waiting on the Ottoman, please hurry!
