These clothes here aren't top quality but are cute and decently priced. I bought a dress here and knew this type of store would only take exchanges, not refunds. But when I was at the register, the sales lady most likely store manager said it was final sale (when it wasn't a sale item, in fact an item that was displayed in front of the store). That rubbed me the wrong way. It seemed like a cheap way to scam a customer and make money. Luckily the dressing rooms are open so you can try clothes on. Buyers beware, and purchase with caution.

Store has all fitting rooms closed and doesn't offer refunds only exchanges. Some items are final sale only.. I put back a ton of items because I wasn't able to try them on and didn't want to waste my money if I couldn't get a refund. If you're not going to offer refunds at least open the dressing rooms back up. Covid restrictions have been lifted it's not an excuse anymore

Clothes here are terrible. The workers are rude as well. They are in a bad mood and the energy feels like they don't even want to be there.This shop is old and the clothes are just not good quality anymore.With the same prices as Forever 21, might as well GO TO FOREVER 21!The only girl that was nice and helpful was the young girl working in the dressing room today. I applaud her.All of the other 2 ladies that were working were sassy and had an attitude.This place needs new training and management. But it's an old fashion store anyways so I won't be coming back here.I have been coming here for 15 years. But I haven't been here for a 3 years... And now I remember why.

Cheap cheap overpriced low quality mass-produced clothes from downtown L.A. Clothing District and the alley. They buy in bulk for pennies and sell these items at 500% mark-up. Clothes fall apart and fabric doesn't hold up after one washing...!

I was accused of shoplifting and that never happened. I was upset by the whole incident. Didn't get an apology . Two of the staff members were a lot better to me. That was very embarrassing.

Ignorant manager refused to let us shop here because I had my service animal with me. She said no service animals are allowed. THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW!!!! She needs to study her knowledge on ADA. I will be reporting her and her business. Discrimination against disabled people is one of the worst things you can do as a business.

The nice young lady that’s always in the front her name is Destiney , she is super helpful very respectful , helped me find my items, made me felt welcomed and I’m sure others as well she greeted everyone . She definitely needs a raise:)!

The worst customer service I've ever encountered at any stores. The girls give you this mean look behind their mask and I can see right through it! The owner is very rude and has bad English. She came off asking me "what's the problem?!" Who talks to customers like that?!!! Don't bother coming here if you want to make a return they are very sneaky how they go about on your returns. I'm sticking with other fashion q. I told all my friends & family not to support this business anymore! No one should be treated poorly
