My experience with this company regarding a sign permit was extremely negative. Despite a six-month delay, the permit was never obtained, leading to costly fines imposed by the city. I strongly advise against entrusting them with your sign permit project

On Oct 23, 2023 I was told that the sign was ready to be installed and to reach out to schedule. After dozens and dozens of calls and emails, Finally on April 9, 2024 the sign was installed on my building. The entire process took just shy of 1 year. From initial proofs to installation. The owner was non-responsive over and over, and full of empty promises. I will NOT do business with them again. I would choose ZERO stars if that was an option.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. They lied to me multiple times about the progress of my project, promised completion dates that they never met, and after 60 days of waiting for a simple project (hanging four pictures), I had to resort to reversing charges on my credit card just to get their attention.To make matters worse, when I confronted them about their incompetence and demanded a refund for their failure to deliver, they actually had the audacity to blackmail me for more money to complete the job. It's outrageous and unacceptable to be treated this way as a paying customer.I strongly advise anyone considering their services to stay far away from this company. Their dishonesty, lack of professionalism, and unethical business practices are nothing short of a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and find a sign company that actually values its customers and delivers on its promises.

Got pushed off three times , couldnt take my call, didn't call me back, gave me a quote with no quantities, disorganized and frustrating workers and didn't even pay for my first order yet. GO ELSEWHERE

No Good...Bad experience..paid double for an overnight sign. Then they, couldn't do it...waited thru weekend...now there is a spelling error's that they cannot correct, without reprint..and of course charging me. I noticed it Fri. night on the proof-sent an email...no one saw it..lol..My fault These are money monger's, not team worker's... I am going someplace else... DO NOT USE!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! The manager is a cancer to their own business. Requested simple custom car magnets.. "DUE TO COVID" "DUE TO SHIPPING ISSUES" "DUE TO LACK OF MATERIALS"... I've waited over a month for a project that was supposed to be 5days-maybe 2 weeks. Excuse after excuse, I requested my money back after the lapse in time. The seller said no. I had to contact my bank to get my pigeon held money back. Oh, they finally finished the project... hence why they weren't going to refund after I requested several times. I'll be reporting them to higher company management seeing how it's a franchise, and I'll be contacting the Better Business Bureau.
