I hate coming to this store with a passion. Every time I come in the staff does not care to help. It’s like they don’t care to show they hate being there. They clearly see you standing there waiting to be helper and choose to ignore you and once they finally look up from the computer to talk to you they always have the worst attitude. I don’t understand how upper management doesn’t do anything about the poor customer service at this location. It’s been a nightmare for years and this is the only fedex store in the area so it’s hard to avoid. Customers shouldn’t have to dread coming to the store!

We love the people at this Fed Ex Office. At this location, they are professional and we come back regularly for the great service. We especially appreciate Elyse, who went above and beyond on a recent project.

Fraudulently slow internet, they slowing internet speed to take more money from customers. It took 3 minutes to download 800KB(less than 1 mb) and print it. I spend 5$ to print 1 funding page of text.

Bottom of the barrel employees working there. Very rude and lazy staff. This location seems to make up their own policy thats different from what corporate Fedex follows. Always at least 5 employees working, yet always a line and when asking for help, will receive a rude attitude. I blame what seems to be the female manger who is in charger. She has very little communicate skills for being a manager.

Very disappointed. Paid a lot of money for the package to be received the next day. It wasn't received until the following day. Whats the point of paying extra if they don't keep their word of when it will arrive. UPS or post office will be used next time. Ridiculous!

They are pretty customer friendly.my brother and I came in around 12:30am and the cashier helped us copy and print a grip of fake bills(20's)and while my brother was printing the bills the clerk let me steal a grip load of merchandise!I filled my front seat to the window with merch.i would highly recommend shopping here.the prices are sterling and the customer service is second too none.????????????

I took a picture frame to get ship for a gift got a call yesterday that they dropped my frame in the right corner chips. Go in today to pick it up in the entire right side of the frame was broken off. Talk to Britney who is a horrible manager and did not take responsibility for what happened and gave me attitude the entire time I was there. I called customer service to complain yet this company is taking complaints because of the high volume of packages. Please do not go here go to the UPS store they are far better and they won’t drop your stuff and they Will treat you with respect. Again if you guys have a good manager step up and be a manager

The manger at weekend (sat shift) , Tin, was extremely rude. Unprofessional. Have me waiting 20 min to print pictures as i need help for thier dysfunctional machine. And when i objected he said "I don't need to argue with you" as if I am not a customer asking for service. At the end I asked another person working there whom was a nice older gentleman and kindly he helped me to print my pictures. I will send my complaint to their corporate as well cause this store is in my neighborhood and i don't want every time i need service be treated with someone such as , Tin, an unprofessional unfit rep not to mention manager!!!

I've been here several times and the customer service is so non existent I can't really even rate it. I have started driving much further because the people here have been really rude and never like to answer simple questions about shipping.
