I started out gradually with them transfering my accounts one at a time as I have had some bad experiences with financial planners in the past. “I've never written a review about a bank before - I suppose I should have as I've been with some really crappy banks in the past (and I'm talking about the big guys).We came to City National because the bank we were using at the time apparently didn't want our business (it's a long story and I won't bore anyone with it). This industry has its quirks and oddities that most banks just don't understand. After a phone conference, we decided to open our new business and personal accounts with City. They always greet everyone with a smile. Here is a brief little story about why this team is amazing:Several years ago I needed to send a wire but I was out of the country. Jessie was also out of the country but when he found out that I was inquiring about sending a wire while I was out of the country, he literally called me directly to make sure that I was well.
