Where shall I begin I hope you have time because you can't make this stuff up lol it all started over a week ago I have the privilege of having a great job, with a few perks. One which includes tire and automotive program. I order tires from my employer they reach out to the approved tire location and I only pay for installation out of pocket. I happen to pick this location since I am familiar. They reach out to "Eddie" he says ok he ordered these special Tesla tires I only needed 3. I received a confirmation email from my employer to call "Eddie" schedule an installation appointment. I was already advised the tires would arrive on 3/21by my employer. I spoke to Eddie he didn't know what I was talking about when I called. I gave him the "run down" my employee called you to order tires about 5 min ago sent over a fax told me to call you to set up an installation appointment. That quick he forgot who or what I was talking about. I was advised to come in after 10am to get them on 3/21. Didn't even ask for my phone number or name or what tires I was referring to which I thought was weird so I told him first name and all that jazz. On 3/20 I spoke to Sergio asked did the tires show up a day early by any chance he said what tires I told him my info. He said oh no call after 1pm. He calls me back 30 seconds later and says. Did you even order the correct tires I said what do you mean he said these tires sound like they're wrong I said no they're correct and I repeated them he said oh yea that's correct. Ok that's strange but still no tires. Next day around 8 am I get a flat tire on the tire that needed replacing badly! They happen to call and say oh your tires are here I said great can I drop my car off they say sure not they but Eddie you can I said great let me call a tow truck. His response yea we will lock it up and work on it tomorrow. Me huh?!? To change tires he said well yea I'm short staffed on Thursdays I thought but you told me I could bring it on today anyways. Fast forward I get it changed elsewhere paying for a brand new tire costing me a couple hundred when I already had tires sitting somewhere. Not to mention the tire shop had to order it so I had to wait all day for it to come no big deal at least they took care of me. I call Eddie and say I will be there after 11 am 3/22 Sergio picks up says perfect! I said ok what is the install price for two tires Eddie knows I don't need to put on 3 anymore but I will take my 3rd one with me. Him 9.17 I said that's cheap $9.17 cents he said oh no 900$ and 17 cents I said I think you're mistaken I will not pay that to put on tires that's too much $. He said oh no that's the total even for the tires. Me: we talked about this my employer paid for the tires he said well it's 72$ for install me for 2 tires hmmm. I get there I print out all my paperwork from my employer and guess what two brains functioning as one decided to talk to me like an idiot in the lobby in front of other guest how I didn't pay for the tires and we (them) didn't get anything, these aren't paid for, who told you that? No one paid I didn't get any $ me: here's the confirmation you have the same stated they're paid for. Him that's not true it wasn't so much Sergio but Eddie. im a woman in a tire shop around men looking crazy. Eddie didnt even try to look at the ph # i pointed out to call on the paperwork. NO type of resolution just blame and you're not taking anything from here. The fact that I spoke to them THREE days in a ROW and they had time to figure it out and did nothing instead decided to be nasty when I got there was mind boggling GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR TIRES! Oh and I drove from Chino since my job could only confirm this raggedy location was the only ones that offered it within a 30 mile radius. Eddie is unprofessional did not remember talking to VCS or receiving the order form. So who ordered the tires it wasn't me lmao. I only scheduled the appointmen

Eddie was courteous and helpful and it was a very reasonable price for an oil change, etc. I will come back again!

I called and immediately got a person on the phone who helped with my service request. The job was performed as promised and no other questions asked. It was a simple tire plug but it was treated as any other bigger value job. Satisfied with the results.

Went there because of a change in my tire pressure. The manager looked at my problem and said it did not need service. He gave me some very good advice. Recommend this facility

These guys were so helpful! I called them Saturday because the last company that did my oil change had screwed up and my oil plug fell out while I was driving leaving me stranded- they told me they'd help. When we got there the tow truck driver didn't know how to take my car out of park without turning it on but these guys handled it. They just pushed the on button once without a foot on the brake and it allowed them to put it in neutral and push the car in. By the time I got there though it was right before closing but they told me they would get me on the road ASAP the next morning and they did. They had said they would aim for 11am but actually called me at 10am to say it was ready. These guys were so nice and helpful. We were incredibly grateful.

Made an appointment days in advance and I told them what I needed done. On the day I went to drop off my car, I was told my car couldn't be repaired because a certain mechanic doesn't work on weekends. Wish I could have known sooner so I could have reschedule and gone somewhere else.

I have been a loyal Firestone customer since 2006 and I have taken my car in for both oil changes and new tires. However, these past few years the service has really decline and it has not been the same customer service driven Firestone. Mind you, my home shop is the Firestone on 17th and Tustin. I have been turned away on several occasions during business hours and just recently when I was in dyer need of assistance since I had a flat tire which I purchased from this specific store. However, the Main St. and First St Firestone has regain my trust and business because this was my last chance I was giving Firestone to redeem themselves and let me tell you. They did. I first encountered Eri who is the store manager. Very friendly and knowledgeable person and was able to meet my needs to Eddie who was nice enough to temporary checked my flat to setting up an appointment the next day so they can repair it. When he could have easily turned me away just like the other store on Tustin did. Instead he made sure my tire was safe to drive on and filled it with air for the time being. I brought my car the next day, Eddie was waiting for me and was able to execute by repairing my tire, doing an alignment and had me out in no time. Thank you Eddie for being a kind and caring individual.

My tired pressure was at 11,I wasn't anywhere near my area or home and wouldn't have made it home pulled into their tire shop and they immediately assisted me. I appreciate the help since I had my baby in the car, the customer service was wonderful and if ever in the area I'd definitely return. Thanks guys!

Made an appointment for an alignment, chose the option to wait in store. Arrive at the store and guy tells me it’s drop off only…..wasted my time coming over here. Shouldn’t have approved my appointment if I had chosen to wait in store. Last time I dropped off my car at a Firestone, they kept it the entire day and didn’t even do anything, and that was with an appointment!

Dylan helped me out early in the AM with a flat tire. He understood I just needed a patch and communicated to me if it was anything else he'd call me before they took the tire off. I was in an out in under an hr it felt like. Much appreciated Dylan.
