Don't come here to buy furniture!! They are nice at the beginning but once you purchase. No customer service inside the building for any reason.

I recently had an unfortunate experience at Furniture Ave that left me feeling hurt and bewildered. As a loyal customer, I never expected to find myself in a situation where I would be banned from the store. The incident has left me grappling with a range of emotions. The ban came as a shock, and the lack of clear communication about the reasons behind it only intensified my feelings of confusion. I value transparency and open communication, especially as a customer who has previously enjoyed a positive relationship with the store It would have been immensely helpful if the management had taken the time to discuss the issue with me, providing insight into the circumstances that led to the decision. Unfortunately, the lack of a clear resolution has left me feeling unheard and frustrated. As someone who genuinely appreciates the products and services provided by Furniture Ave, this experience has left a lasting impact on my perception of the brand. I hope that in the future, the store can address customer concerns more openly and work towards fostering positive relationships with its clientele.

I can't rate this store low enough! Waited a year for our sectional. Finally came with a broken leg and horribly built. Months of no return phone calls. All calls to "customer service" (not) say they'll call me back with a specific time and day offered...not once was this true. They turned me into a nagging monster. The "manager" is worthless. After months of pursuit they finally took the sectional back, and we picked one off the floor...missing the accompanying ottoman. So we ordered one to match...six months later it finally arrived and was the completely wrong size!!! Huge...like about a foot each way, too big. More phone calls with no return. Finally "manager" sent to pick it up and was about to re-order another one...I said forget it. I will never do business with you again. Refund me please...you guest it...took months of no return phone calls to finally get the refund! I can't believe they're still in business. RUN AWAY WHILE YOU CAN.

Horrible service! Very unprofessional! I purchased a whole bedroom set. Waited almost a year because it was stuck at the port. Even though they promised a certain delivery date and compensation. Never got the compensation! *****PAYING 6k FOR DAMAGE FURNITURE THAT I CANT EVEN USE!!!!*** Then furniture was totally horrible! Broken, dented wood, black letters on wood from where it was made, loose glass from different furniture pieces, drawers bent, drawers woods falling out from underneath, the bed had two small wood pieces as legs to hold up a queen size bed!! As I was steaming my floors I looked under the dresser and a leg that was cracked down the middle was underneath. So I sat on the bed and it mad a cracking sound.. so I looked under the bed and only two small little weak wood pieces were underneath. So I called the store and asked to speak with someone regarding my order... I spoke with Ashley from claims. Sent an email with all the pictures of the damage furniture and letting her know I have grand kids and it's dangerous and I can not use the bed as it's broken!!! She said the technician was booked for the next two weeks or so. So I waited! Then sent an email to her. She stated he was on vacation and wouldn't return for few weeks. Which one is it??? He's booked or on vacation?? She could not respond. And during this IM PAYING FOR THE BROKEN DAMAGED FURNITURE!!! Finally a man showed up and put some plastic legs on the bed. And took pictures and stated the whole bedroom set needed to be replaced. Everything was damaged and he couldn't repair it! So I waited a week and then sent an email to Ashley and asked what was going to happen. She stated she didn't get the report from the technician. I didn't understand how she wouldn't have. She stated another one would come out. Then I requested a copy of the report from the technician who came out and told her what he said... and I recorded what he said as he called her right in front of me!! He tried fixing one of the nightstands and stained it worse!! So I keep emailing her and till this day have not gotten any response!!! So went to the store the owner told me send everything to the email address and I told him I did and I wasn't please with the damaged furniture.. he said we will replace it if ur not satisfied!!! Then marisio took over the claims department and said he will honor a replacement for everything damaged... he only sent two items! Where's my furniture?? It's been several years. Still waiting!! It was this year when they replaced the two items where's the rest of it???

The buying process was fine however the delivery sucked! Never buying from here again. I paid for delivery which I was never told was just a drop off. Was given a window of time of 4pm to 9 pm and they never returned my call or text for an eta then showed up at 845 in a hurry mind you I'm a single mom with a 12 yrold . The manager on the phone kept telling me to refer to my contract and didn't care what happened to my furniture. The Furniture couldn't fit through the doorway because the hallway was narrow so me and my 12 yrold had to bring a whole sectional and glass table up through 2 flights of stairs and a fire escape . I didn't finish until midnight with bruises and cuts later . So never again they clearly only care about a sale and not the customer!

Don't ever shop here. Everything on display looks nice and would be great if they actually were good and weren't made so cheaply. I bought a vanity and queen bed frame with storage. The vanity had painted that chipped off. It wasn't one solid color. And when it was time to move the nails were old and rusty, no way I did that within 6 months of having it. And when the delivered the bed at first they didn't want to put together that supposedly I didn't pay extra for that but I did got my vanity ? That took forever to fix and once they did put my bed together I heard one of the guys break the side of the bed where the storage for opens. After 6 months of having I had to take my bed apart cause I was moving and you heard the loose wood under the upholstery. Where are you? Screw in the nail, broke off and was inside of the bedframe. Horrible quality. Bad Customer service.

VERY HORRIBLE PLACE TO GOWENT LAST NIGHT BEFORE 8:25 pm THEY TOLD US THEY CLOSE IN 3 mins. Google and the store door says 9 pmWE FELT LIKE WE WERE BEING JUDGED THE WAY WE WERE DRESSAND THE GUY HAD A VERY VERY BAD ATTITUDE LIKE HE DIDNT EVEN WANT US GOING IN AT ALLWE FELT LIKE WE WERE BEING PUSHED OUT THE DOORNEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAINGOOD THING THERE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS

Do not recommend this place. Bought a bedroom set and took a year to deliver it when they said it would take 2 weeks. We argued to get our money back and they said they had to charge us a 10% fee. The girls at the customer service area would pretend they never spoke to us and I had their names written down everytime we talked to one of them and would always makeup different things about why our order never arrived. When we received our bedrrom set they delivered the wrong base. Do NOT reccomend this place at all !!!!

One of the staff members was very rude and unprofessional. I am 17 and thinking about how to set up my college dorm room, but one of the staff members mistook me for a younger child and immediately asked me to leave the store. I was simply browsing the store, not touching any items or disturbing any customers or staff. I even left my backpack at the door as requested by another staff member. He sounded impatient and unwelcoming. Not only that, but when I tried to leave the store, he followed me from an uncomfortably close distance and was watching me like a hawk. I saw that the store was going out of business and originally felt bad, but I changed my mind after this unpleasant experience.

The customer service super bad I bought $8500 furniture the quality super bad you can check on the photo the manager super rude, every time I need help to talk with them nobody answering it says the manager is busy on the meeting more than 10 times I called him finally this Saturday they answer and also I buy that warranty. None of them fix my stuff I have to go to the court everything is trash this company I don’t want to buying no more I was in the store five people he was there have a problem before they bought the stuff and nobody help him. Be careful don’t wan go to this please don’t put your money on the water because they are stealing your money.

DO NOT SHOP HERE‼‼I came here to fix my furniture and they had the worst customer service. They treated me very badly and with total disrespect. The customer service/ manager have the worst attitude. I asked them to fix my furniture because I had a warranty and they yelled at me telling me to go somewhere else. I don't recommend any family/ friends coming here because you'll regret it. Any new people make sure you go to a place where they will guarantee that your warranty works.

I had the pleasure of working with Sam to purchase a new living room, and I must say, he was AMAZING! His knowledge of furniture was impressive, and he offered great advice on selecting the perfect pieces for my home. He was always attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase.Sam's commitment to customer service was outstanding. He provided regular updates and even helped me set up the furniture in my living room. His personality was also a huge plus - he was friendly, approachable, and had a great sense of humor that made the entire process enjoyable.
