Worst location ever! Go to a different GNC. I placed a pick up order so I could go pick it up the next day since it is down the street from my job, got there well within business hours (2:45 to be exact) and it was closed lol. They taped up a dingy used piece of paper that im sure they reuse saying âwe will be back shortlyâ but no time is provided. Called multiple times and no answer. Maybe next time leave a more detailed note so I know when I can come back and not waste my time waiting. Pick up was supposed to make things easier not complicated. Beware of the âbusiness hoursâ itâs a lie

This rating is a 2 because the stork clerk was very helpful and explained all of the items my wife bought very carefully to her. The issue is that the items do not work. She got one that was helping with your sleep and it has done nothing for her. The other 2 items were vitamins that were to help with energy and other things and again, a big fat nothing. For the prices you pay they should have an effect on the individual buying them. But we got nothing from it.

The guy that was working there was really helpful respectful and everything you would ask for from a GNC employee I highly recommend this place if you're looking for supplements this is the place that you want to go you get what you pay for

I originally purchased a supplement which worked fine but the flavor was too much. The store representative was polite but refused to return the product stating that it was because it came from another store. While their online policy states âRefunds/Exchanges must be processed when the customer presents the goods regardless of the GNC store where the product was originally purchasedâ. Thatâs straight off the website. Now I have to go to commute to another store to get it done.

So I ordered the wrong product online I called a couple of GNC's and nobody wanted to help me. Then I got a hold of Razi at this location. He was happy to help very nice and I would absolutely go back to this GNC. Thank you for making it an easy experience see you guys soon.

Omer has given me the best customer service by far, out of all of the GNC that I've been to, he has made me feel comfortable and confident with the items I've purchased. He even got me into taking my vitamins too which I've always thought about doing but didn't know where to start. Huge, huge thank you to Omer because now I'm excited about looking after myself. Will be back when I need to stock up, thank you!

I love gnc I usually go to the store by 17th street or main place but with covid it sent me to this location to check out the product I was looking for. the male in charge of the store who's shift is around 5:00pm on a Thursday evening is a rude sales associate quite frankly it sounds like he's over his work day so don't go around this time if you're looking for a friendly person. I had general product information and he didn't seem to care to answer any of the questions I had I also asked if I could use a coupon with the product I had because I had accumulated enough points and he said no and walked away. I had to call customer service and I spoke wit Alexa and she was extremely helpful and was able to help me out. This review is not for the store in general but more the the person who works there. They have really poor customer service skills that needs to be addressed if the want to keep customers happy.

The store owner doesnât respect corporate price match policies!Since this is an independent owned he wants to make his own policies!Even though your independently owned you have to abide by corporate policies of price matching!Called corporate and they had to call store owner and have a talk but refused to abide! I will never come here and stick with corporate stores and never have issues!

I don't know much about supplements but decided it was time I incorporate a couple into my every day life. I walked in a bit intimidated by all the products and a worker named Umer(?) I believe, asked me if I needed help and he took care of me! He answered all my millions of questions and was so personable and friendly. There's a GNC closer to my house but I'll probably return to this one just because the customer service was on point!

I went in and honestly I don't know anything about supplements but Umer did a wonderful job at letting me know what I as looking for. I've been here one other time and felt awkward since nobody said anything when I walked in but the second time I went in Umer greeted me and I was guided towards the right direction, definitely recommend.
