so as a former employee of employment works, it's a bad choice for people with mental health issues. they'll schedule appointments to help you then leave you without transportation, your case manager will set you up for failure in order to fill their quotas, and the program manager will find any excuse to deny folks that are simply in need and asking for direction.
besides, they're corporate shills. they'll help you sacrifice everything about your mental well-being in order to become a wage slave. to keep entertaining this sort of light fascism is unconscionable and my mental health has yet to recover from my daily duties of denying disabled people their human needs.
if you get referred here, maybe see if you can get some free clothes or food cards and then run as fast as possible in the opposite direction before they call the cat team and have you 5150d for accepting handouts.
ultimately it's just another scam in goodwill's global acts of fraud. in a world with good mental health practices, places like employment works would correctly be deemed predatory and subsequently be shut down.
i'm living proof it doesn't work -- don't get exploited like me: avoid these grubby opportunists and talk bad about them every chance you get.

Paid for an item on shopgoodwill from their store 6 days ago and they still haven't shipped it even though they charge outrageous shipping prices with weights on items that are truly a joke and only give you fed ex for shipping option instead of other carrier options. They must be pocketing the money off the over estimated weight of items as well as handling fees. Very frustrating when they want their money but they won't ship items in a timely manner.

Again, they are charging me for a shopgoodwill item that weighs 10 lbs as though it weighs 118 lbs literally. They listed the weight as 118 lbs and actual weight as 10 lbs. I've emailed and called. They are scam artists and I'll get to the bottom of it . Trying to charge me 70 bucks to ship a toy. Stuff like this is going to cost you more than your making on fraud.

Not very pleasant.10 People waiting for there pickup for 9:30 then letting most os staff go on 9:30 break. You schedule your appointments for 10 minute wondow. Not very organized, thanful it was not raining.

I bought several items on online auction want to pick them up but if I pay for them they have to be shipped I sent an email the problem was not resolved called on the phoneThinking maybe it was going to be resolved now I can’t buy on line till I pay for them so they can charge the shipping price to be shipped. third-party needs to make money also I follow the guidelines send them an email to customer service never got a response tried calling several times finally I got a hold of someone early in the morning but this was going to be taken care of and it hasn’t now I’m forced to pay for the shipment so I could continue buying

Ordered online and item was sent missing a price have tried to contact the store thru emails and calls for 3 days now and they haven't even responded to the customer service email I'm in Florida and I see that this happens to people who order from them on the way coast what a ripoff
