I found some great finds, a beautiful blue dress for an upcoming wedding , and some new dog toys and lots more that’s why the one star if not it would be zero! . Thanks for the great inventory. I love coming here but today I had an unpleasant experience. This older “ Hispanic lady “ that was stocking the shelves was very rude. She had to get through between this other customer and I between the isles she loudly said “ excuse me “ in a voice that conveyed anger and frustration. Right after she literally “ slammed down “ the dust pan she had in her hand. I thought “ well maybe she did that by accident, the more I was in that area shopping around the more I knew that what she did was indeed intentional. One other customer said to her “ having a bad day ?“ and she looked away I think maybe she didn’t hear or understand I’m thinking language barrier but I’m not sure don’t care to guess . She had this miserable look on her face “the whole time “and physically showing she was upset. The whole time I kept hearing and seeing her slam things around and loudly tossing and throwing things into this big cart I’m assuming the “ go backs “ Not too sure . Look I get it , there’s some bad days at work , and maybe she had a stressful day or problems at home … But there’s no excuse no one should feel uncomfortable shopping … especially her being an “ employee “, she should have just expressed her feeling to the “ manager “ and had the day off or worked in the back away from customers.
I have no idea if this is her character, or just like I said before just a bad day. I hope no one experiences this again , I might not come back for a few months or maybe at all thinking about it I’m a frequent shopper but I don’t want to feel the way I did today.

I asked to use the bathroom but it was out of order with no sign besides that the place is pretty kept up Im just not a fan of places without working bathrooms the worst so far dollar tree bathrooms right in the front no sign then they say thats only for employees I had to go to food for less next to goodwill prices are a little higher than s. A and mom and pop thrift stores

My sister and my mom took me to this goodwill and omg I fell in love with it. It's clean it's semi empty the prices are good Service is great. The location is very nice I recommend

This review is specifically for the in person pick up from Shop Goodwill as it relates to Goodwill of Orange County. After winning an auction and unsuccessfully attempting to schedule an appointment to pick it up in person, I went by the location to speak with a manager. After informing them I was unable to successfully schedule an appointment I was told it was a two week wait time to pick up the item I have already fully paid for. There were literally three Goodwill staff members standing there looking at me as the manager told me there is nothing that can be done. How difficult is it for someone to dedicate two minutes to handing me my purchased item after I have driven an hour round trip? Skip Goodwill and just go to the DMV if you'd like to experience this level of apathy and uncooperativeness. Epitomizes everything wrong with customer service these days.

Well organized and very clean, the staff work hard to keep it that way. They’re also friendly and helpful. I only buy things that are on 50% discount, I’m always amazed what I can get for great low prices.
