I've been here twice so far and have yet to be disappointed. I love to go for brunch so that's where most of my experience focuses on. They have unique and super yummy options. The waffle and french toast are both great. My friend even got the gluten free waffle and loved it, said she was still thinking about it two days later. I know it's a weird thing to focus on, but also love their bacon...it's so crispy and thin, which is great. It's a super cute atmosphere, inside and out. Very dog friendly with the patio seating and the service is always amazing. Super attentive and friendly. Always feel welcomed. I could go on and on...just give it a try, you won't be disappointed.Dietary restrictions: They seem to have a wide variety of dietary restriction options, gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, etc.Parking: It's downtown Santa Ana so parking is paid, but at least it's less expensive than LA parking. Both street and a parking garage are nearby, very walkable

We ordered the spinach and bacon scramble and the breakfast burrito. Both were well balanced and filling. You could choose between fruits and breakfast potatoes for the side, and the fruits were sweet and refreshing.

This place is totally nice! It has an antique vibe and service is really nice and friendly and fast. The only thing I have to mention, because I honestly am a very observant person is: the bathrooms ☹️ they are not quite clean, well stocked yes, but filthy tho. It might be that it’s because they’re busy but, to me, the bathrooms say a lot, A LOT! about any establishment. But other than that, nice place to go for breakfast or any time of the day. They do have a suggested 18% percent minimum gratitude in the ticket but you can always customize the top and give what you think is worth it.They also had a small antique market on Saturdays (not sure if every Saturday tho) but they have really nice bargain items for sale at decent prices. It’s a good idea to visit during a weekend.Place is recommended??Parking: Parking in the public parking garage on 3rd St is free of charge of starting less then 2 hours, other than that if going on a Saturday they charge $20 regardless of the time staying in the parking lot right stating ahead of the cafe. Parking in the streets is also available paying the meter.

I got the Avocado Toast and Strawberry Matcha. Staff was attentive and the vibes were cozy and friendly with collections of mirrors, books, and paintings. For solo eaters or with friends, it's a great spot to enjoy. There was a mountain of avocado underneath the egg, definitely worth the price and tasty. The drink however was in a pretty small cup so next time I would ask for no ice, but otherwise I liked my experience. Would go again

We waited 45 minutes for two waffles. Bro invest in a second waffle maker please. And apparently, they had no knives. I had to cut my waffles with two forks. The waitress said they were all being washed. But all the knives being washed for 45 minutes?? Come on.. Bathroom was also dark and dirty. Never going back.

Coming back to this place brought many good memories of my college years. This used to be the spot to hang out for coffee, after school or Friday nights for beer and drinks. It's changed a bit but their country potatoes are still a hit after many years.Today I tried their Mayan mocha and their breakfast mix. Egg scramble with mushrooms, country potato, bacon, and toad with butter and strawberry syrup.

Super cute brunch spot! The aesthetic inside the cafe is like an old timey library. We went for Friday Brunch and there was only one person serving tables. The Champagne Pack for mimosas is affordable and the food was good. If you just want a small little lunch with a good atmosphere, this is your place.
