They said the phone is unlocked for any carrier but they lied phone is not unlock that completely not acceptable. That in a way they are ripping of customer bad bad bad do not buy phone from here

I had the unfortunate experience of my iPhone 7s malfunctioning, specifically the microphone and speaker. The staff @O2 fixed my issue within 20 minutes and at a very reasonable price. They have earned all of my cell phone repair business as long as I am in SoCal. Thanks guys for a great experience and quality customer service!!

I have to say. Anyone who is in need of a cell phone needs to go here. I have never been treated so well. These guys Slayman & Basel. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy before you leave there. There is no phone co. Ever that has worked with me like that. I'm Italian, not easy to deal with, once in a while...lol... So, all that to say no matter what, if you are dealing with any one else...the prices a month here are what they say no more no less...I know for a fact that no other Co. Does that. SPRINT for example worst customer service I personally have ever dealt with..They made me sick I kid you not.. I'm a bit clumsy to say the least. Broken my phone a handful of times, and this is the place that's always first on my list for repairs. Mike is the homie and always hooks it up with fast repairs, 10 minutes tops. For the price and speed, it's the best bang for the buck. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service! My phone had suddenly went out on me and was in a crunch wityh money. John was able to offer me an amazing deal on a brand new phone. He answered all of my questions and was very patient with me. I highly recommend and will be back again!

Best iPhone repair shop I've been to. I paid $60 for my iPhone6 screen repair and they even fix my volume buttons. Service was outstanding!

This is my first time purchasing an iPhone not directly from Apple so I was scared of certain limitations the store might not be able to provide. However, the owner was very patient and able to answer all my questions and concerns regarding that. I got the 8+ brand new for a great deal and for much lower than some people selling it used. I also saw some other phones such as the 7 for a low price too! I would definitely recommend just checking it out if you're looking for a new phone whether in brand-new condition or used because this store offers both!
