My experiance with this place was the worst .Not only was thier customer service the worst , my car was there for 6 months for repairs that should of been reparied in 3 weeks .The guy Chris gave me the run around everytime i spoke with him . . he told me that there was more damage done to my car by one of his employees that moved it and hit something.. I would never recommend or refer this place to my worst enemy .. This place is a joke...

If I could give them zero stars I would!! Chris made me believe everything would be taken care of and that I would not have to pay a dime for my rental. My car repair was minor and he kept the car for almost 2 months now enterprise has charged my credit card 1300.00! Save yourself the headache he will cause you! Chris collect the check from the insurance for both the rental and the car repair right away and is now refusing to pay for the rental! HE IS A THIEF!

I received such amazing service from this business. They replaced the windshield of my Mercedes Benz E350 so much faster than any dealership I've been to could. They did an awesome job, thank you very much Bumper Resolution and I'll definitely be coming back here for anything else I need.

5 stars because I got my beautiful car back today as well as my Louis Vuitton bag I had forgot in my car. My car looks brand new and anytime I had a question, concern, or needed help with my rental, they got to it and fixed it. I got into my fully detailed car that felt the same way it did when I bought it! As I mentioned earlier, I had forgotten my expensive bag in my car and Chris returned my car with everything that it left my house with. It's nice to know there's still respectable people around and I know I could trust them in the future if need be.

Chris from JC'S was absolutely awesome. I was in a horrible accident in Mareno Valley and my car was towed to a lot in Riverside. He sent a tow truck from Santa Ana all the way to Riverside to pick up my vehicle. Unfortunately, my car was declared a total loss by my insurance company but I was so fortunate that my, but it made it very easy for me to get my belongings from the vehicle. I showed up to the shop a little before they opened and he still was able to get me access to the vehicle with ease. He called me and text message me to keep me informed of the whole process with my vehicle which made it easy for me considering that I did not want to talk on the phone after such a traumatic accident. I would definitely recommend the shop to anybody.

The attorney I was working with recommended them after my accident. Everything was done in a timely manner. Very satisfied. Hope I won't have to return anytime soon but at least I have an auto body shop in case I do!

Christian completely took care of our 2007 Cadillac Escalade getting it ready to sell for us... it needed new bumpers, paint near back window, and around side windows. Dent in the passenger side wheel well. Then, he did a complete detail that was long overdue. The car looked so nice our friends asked if it was the "same car". I took several pictures of it, and mentioned it to some friends at work and two people came to look at the car within 2 hours. It was SOLD... both were interested, and one wrote a check on the spot. Granted I offered it at a fair price, but the car really looked good and that is important to people. Honestly, as it drove away, I wondered a bit why we sold it (except for the fact I already told my wife we were getting a new car).

Chris helped me out with my Kia Optima 2015 , after my accident his team left it looking brand new! Super happy with the job done , chris kept me updated and had my car done in a timely manner . Would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of a car fix up. Thanks chris !

I have taken my car to Chris 2 seperate times and he has gone above and beyond to help me. He did a great job on my car and made it look brand new. I have dealt with other body shops but I will continue to refer people to him

Dealing with this company and Chris definitely left a bad taste in my family's mouth. Questionable "customer service" when it comes to keeping his word. Should get 5 stars for giving people the run around! Definitely would not recommend this company.

One star because zero is not allowed They replace my windshield first they forgot to put a sensor back then there was an air Leak after 3 attempt still I have the same problem in the process they damage my car I took it to mercedes service they order new Pillar new weather strip I had 3 windshield replace on 3 different cars this people the most unprofessional ever I,m going to report them in every Mercedes dealership and BBB . Ps DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REMOVE MY VIDEO
