Waited an hour and a half for him to arrive only for it to be transferred to a different job because he “couldn’t complete the job” even though he said he could. Now I have to wait a hour for another tow truck. Unbelievable.

Used this company as a service call through AAA. They were the only ones who could figure out how to tow my car out of a parking spot and then I was driven home for three hours on 405 Friday afternoon traffic. I believe the drivers name was John, but not entirely sure. Anyways, the experience was great and would highly recommend this company.

The shift knob popped off of my 2000 Honda Accord EX Sedan 4D. I couldn't find the pieces that were necessary to fix it myself so I called AAA to have a tow company bring it to the dealership. Raul showed up with the tow truck and told me if I could put the car into neutral. I told him I couldn't move or change the car gear to neutral because the shift knob is missing to change gears. "I will fix issue right here", he said. He takes a flat head and presses the gear-push button down to change gears and puts the car into reverse and moves the car from the garage to the driveway and puts the car into neutral. He says to me with a smile on his face, "I will fix the real problem now". I give him the parts from the knob that fell apart in a bag. I told him there was a missing piece. "No problem! It's in the car somewhere", he said to me. He moves the seats and finds "the piece" that was missing. Raul looking like a gunslinger from the wild west says, "time to get it fixed". After 20 minutes, he gets all pieces and screws them on. He tells me "alright, it is fixed. Go ahead and pull the car into the garage." I pull the car into the garage and put the car gear into park with nothing falling or popping out from the shift gear stick(including the knob and button from the knob). It wasn't entirely over the key would not come out of the ignition for turning the car off. I go get Raul who is next to his tow truck and I tell him what happened. He says "Ah, easy fix!". It turned out the metallic chisel piece that is used to press the shift gear down to change the gears was in the opposite direction. That caused the key to not turn completely off and not be removed from the ignition. He fixed it all up and said "Good to go sir. No need to bring it to the dealer. I fixed it all up here." He goes back to his tow truck and fills out paperwork and then drives off with cowboy music playing in the background. The End. Thank you again Raul from John's Towing & Transfer Service!

Didn't use the service, merely merged in front of one of their tow trucks at 40mph , which was the speed limit then proceeded to have the driver speed up to around 60mph and ride my bumper until a right turn in which we both turned and the tow truck proceeded again to speed up to 50mph

When it comes to towing services, I've had my fair share of frustrating encounters. However, my recent experience with John's Towing & transfer completely shattered my preconceived notions and left me utterly impressed. From the moment I called them to the moment my vehicle was safely delivered to the dealership, Raul level of professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care was simply exceptional.First and foremost, Raul's customer service was a breath of fresh air. What truly sets John's towing Towing apart is their unparalleled speed of response. I was astonished by how quickly their tow truck arrived at the scene. The driver, RAUL was an absolute professional. He skillfully loaded my vehicle onto the truck without causing any further damage, all while ensuring the utmost care and attention to detail. Raul's friendly demeanor and willingness to answer my questions made the entire process smooth and stress-free.Once we arrived at the dealership, Raul expertly unloaded my car and even went the extra mile to ensure it was parked in a convenient spot for the mechanics. Once again Thank you Raul for your amazing service.

AAA let me down. I sat with my truck broke down by a homeless encampment for almost two days. I ended up getting parts at a local car quest and servicing my truck back on the road. This company could not service me for over 24 hrs. Nonsense. Santa Ana AAA providers were unable to make the service call. Unacceptable.

Car was towed on Saturday morning tried to get it out Saturday night or early Sunday morning to avoid. Fees but the office is closed ,phone goes straight to voicemail. Do not say open 24/7 when in actuality you are not. Some might call that false advertising

Absolute scam of a service. Had me wait more than two hours and lied about their location. Leo Hamza stated they were 20 minutes away when in reality they were an hour and a half in Half Moon Bay. Could not reach company or the driver. Never ever use this company. The most inconsiderate people ever. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Raul helped tow our car, he got here within 20 minutes like they said. He made jokes to help the stressful situation pass by faster, and he was very professional. It was cheap it was 75 to load the car and then 5 dollars each mile.
