OMG. THIS IS A SCAMMING TOW COMPANY. So on NYE my friends car was parked in a visitor spot in my neighborhood and legit they tried to gaslight me into believing my friend had parked illegally in a "fire hazard" zone which is complete BS!!! I have lived here for 6 years and told them repeatedly those are parking spots for visitors. They went as far and told me they took pictures of it being in a "fire hazard" when there are signs (will post) that these are parking spots ! SO SHADY!!!! Beware guys. These people are operating illegally and I'm going to file a small claim against them as well which I've seen many people do. Report them! Completely unacceptable and ILLEGAL what they are doing.

UPDATE: My aunt went to pick up my car for me because I had to urgently go out of town before I could get the car and they tried to overcharge her (as I expected, so I warned her before). I also called the guy multiples times the night before to ensure that I was only going to pay $290 if it was picked up the following day. After my aunt refused to pay the $320+ they told her it was going to be (even though they said $290 many times before), they "checked" around multiple times and then let her pay the $290. Scammers.... as expected.

The guy on the phone was super disrespectful he knew nothing! Every time he said something my head hurt because he was so dumb. They towed my car for no reason and tried robbing me for $450 to get my car back, these people are scammers and will be punished by God in hell.

This place is a horrible scam. They towed my car without any right to. The police came and even they said they aren’t allowed to tow it. These scammers still towed it. Then I went to pick it up in Santa Ana even tho my car was towed 15 miles away. When I get to the office nobody is here. I call and then they said they’ll be here in 15 minutes EVEN THOUGH I SEE SOMEONE INSIDE THE TRUCK. Horrible people horrible scammers. They should be put in jail for scamming people. Now they’re asking for the dumbest fees. They charged a fee for opening gate and a fee for after hours even though they towed after hours. Hope they go out of business.

Let's face it. Towing people are snakes, scum, preying on people. Literally Knight Towing had someone watch me park my car and run into a complex. Yes I parked in a "retail parking spot" but for someone to watch you park your car in a spot just waiting to call their tow truck to charge you $400? The business wasn't even open. It was 10pm at night. Knight Towing preys upon people. They watch you get out as soon as you park in a wrong spot, then they call the tow truck to come tow your car. you guys sleep just fine at night knowing what you're doing RUINS people financially? People who can't afford $400 tow at times. Scum

Illegally had our car towed from our designated underground gated spot that we've had for 3 years!!!basically got carjacked from our own spot then extorted I was unaware anyone can just place a call and get your car towed by lying. I was under the impression it had to be the property manager so sketchy. They basically said they don't care even though I literally had my lease agreement with proof that was my spot. They said you can pay or you're not getting the car back. They said it would be $400 and when I asked if this was because it was late they said no it's always going to be $400. Come to find out during business hours it's $290 which the worker did not want to mention and kept lying it was always $400 until I got it out of him that I saw it online. Also said we could only pay cash if we wanted the car.Obviously these people are complete scam artist I'll be reporting them to the better business bureau and have already filed a police report with Santa Ana PD. I saw the workers also get very aggressive with other people picking up their car at 2am and even cussing at the people who had their car towed. Never have been to such an unprofessional sketchy business. When I arrived to get my car the worker told us over the phone that they were open 24 hours the worker was getting our info then slammed the window shut and said bye I'm going to another call in the middle of our interaction like a ghetto McDonald's. We then waited for someone else to show up and he was able to give us our car back after waiting 15 minutes for someone else to show up. Never use this scamming company. I guess they let anyone off the streets buy a tow truck and call themselves a tow company these days.

Horrible business. Honestly. I'm sure it's not the only one... Red Flags left and right. I admit, I parked in a no parking zone and I shouldn't have. I should have parked in someone's stall just to be safe. I didn't know toe truck drivers were waiting to tow people right there. I do UberEats and we're in and out, I dropped food off to a customer and it was less than 40 seconds max. I promise. But when I came back, my car was already hitched and far from me. It was Olympic Record time on how fast they swooped in on it. This is what you call a Predator Tow... I walked to the towing place. Maybe 30 mins. I called and they told me to hold on a second and then hung up. I laughed and called again. The same guy picked up because I could hear the phone inside the building and then when he picked up it stopped ringing inside. I said, "Hi, ya I just called and you hung up on me." He said, Oh we just disconnected. I'm sure he's a pro at disconnections. I also read in some other reviews on how they hung up on them as well, so their track record is pretty self evident. The total Richard "Ricardo" Ruiz tells me to get it out tonight is around $400+ because it's past Regular Hours. I understand, I get it. He also tells me that if I pick it up in the morning, it will be $290. I asked Ricardo for a receipt or an invoice, he said they don't do that. I asked myself, what kind of business doesn't do that? A sketch one... So I told Ricardo to write his name and the amount he told me on something so I can have that as proof, because I also read another review to where they told her $290 but when she got there a lady said $400+. So I agree to pick it up in the morning. I also tell Richard, that by law I am able to grab any personal belongings that are in my car that was towed. He says, you can't do that unless you are going to pay for your car tonight. Later on I read that my rights as a citizens in California are: The right to retrieve your personal property from the vehicle, even if you aren't able to pay for the vehicle itself to be released. Now when I read that, I said to myself. There is only two ways on how this company is running; The first one is, they either know the law and lie straight to your face about it. And the Second one is, they don't know the law themselves and they are running this business. I don't know which is worse. Either way, I would highly encourage you NOT to use this SAD company. Be safe and smart out there.

Called several tow companies to come and help me move my car from one garage to another. They quoted a fair price and came within 5 minutes of their estimated window. ARNOLD was my driver and he was really helpful. He was very down to earth and really tried to help you. Would recommend these guys again!Service: Car towing

You don't really get a lot of towing companies that are very nice and respectful. Front office and driver's are really cool
