Great to deal with. I've purchased a few plotters from Vincent at Letech over the last 10 years or so as well as used him for maintenance. The HP DesignJet 1050's have been very solid machines, so I've only had him out for service a few times, but every time I've needed him, he's been very responsive.

We bought a refurbished plotter from Letech Solutions and have had it for 7 years. Vincent originally set it up and has been out a couple of times to repair the plotter. He is very knowledgeable and I would recommend him. He is awesome.

Horrible!!! Called in to see if they had a part available same day. The person answering the phone had a bad attitude. I would rather pay extra for next day shipping than deal with this company. Stay away from them.
