ZERO STARS AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! No help whatsoever! All he was worried about was putting sensors on the caps! DIDNT SUGGEST NOR HELP WITH SIZING for my son! Going elsewhere! Telling friends and family how awful this place is!

This Lids is TRASH. I walked in today 9/14/21 to buy a new Dodger hat for my husband at 11:39. First thing, no one greeted me nor asked if I needed any help. There are no sizes posted on the front where the hats are stacked. I asked the two losers working the front for help, one named John short Hispanic and his sidekick tall Hispanic. John legit looked at me and said "No sizes are posted you just have to try them on." This is why John works at Lids getting paid minimum wage, because he will never be better than sitting behind a counter on his phone. Customer service here is 100% awful. Lids, please hire someone with at least enough customer service skills to say hello.

Shoutout to Francisco I believe that his name Helped me out right away and got me the Hats I wanted Fast process and purchase :) Better experience than my other visit at a different location of lids.

Not sure who's running this place but I just went in to get a 2020 Dodgers World Series Hat. Guy working there says he has them but I have to come back at 5pm because they're not in the system yet. Really? How is it not in the system yet? Someone clearly isn't doing their job right. If the hats are in stock and in store there should be no reason he can't sell them. Just thought that was horrible customer service. If I was the owner I'd be furious. Not to mention the 1st game of the World Series starts today @ 5pm..

Great customer service and VANESSA is the girl who knows her hats! Thank you because yes their is a difference to a spring training hat and a batting practice hat which two Irvine kids employees failed to know. Bad reviews here don't matter 10star for me.

Very poor customer service at this location, not only did i call before driving this way to make sure they were still doing the Kobe patche's on the hats, just to take all the time driving here, having my 3 kids with me and trying to pick a hat out for 15-20 and the guy sees me in full Kobe gear, just to tell me they wouldn't do my hat. Then he says that he's taking paying customer's which I'm obviously paying for the hat and the patches but still tell me no, i asked when i first walked in about the patches and it was ok but once i shopped and was ready to pay he now says no? You guys shouldn't tell people over the phone that you guys are doing it only to be disappointed about not being able to purchase my hat or get my kobe patches . I'm glad you guys are doing this but not handled well by your staff.
