I will edit this review later on this week when I have time to detail every aspect of this transaction. But for the mean time, they will test your patience when the weeks turn to months with the excuses and delays. When they finally get to your work, they will guilt trip you and tell you those are last years prices even though it was them who delayed the whole process. They will then change terms and pricing at the 11th hour. Very stressful and a major waste of time. The bottom line is they have very questionable business practices that borders on fraud. Watch out.

I showed up today and tried to get a quote for some signs for my business and the door was locked. I rang the door bell no one answered but I could hear someone jiggling keys and people laughing. Not very customer friendly. Never again.

I ordered a sign and paid almost $500 for it for my small business and I have never received product or response/communication. I have emailed for a few years to no avail. This was really disappointing as a new buisness starting out we took personal savings to invest in a sign with this company. We ordered and sadly did not receive product but our money was collected.

Lucaso Signs makes a great product for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them. Even though we had some challenges in the process of them fulfilling my order, they dealt with all of my concerns in very professional manner. They even prepared the documents including forms, plans, drawings and scope of work to be presented to my City Planning Department for a sign permit at not extra charged. That was really helpful to me. Job well done.
