Bought earbuds here that weren't working, then try to exchange them and was told that without receipt I wouldn't be able to do it even if I had use my card.... so be advised that without receipt it would be no exchange or refund....

they make it nearly impossible to return things here, coming up with all kinds of reasons to implement 'zero return' policy. this santa ana location provides the worst customer service/experience.
