If I could give no stars I would. Metro is the worst company. They don't even follow their own terms and conditions and I'm hoping to start a class action lawsuit. I ported my number to T-Mobile which is suppose to be the same company. I bought my phone a year ago. I've been a metro customer over 20 years.. 3 months ago my phone broke and I had it replaced through insurance. They won't unlock my phone even tho it says in the terms and conditions phones exchanged through insurance are exempt from 180 day rul.. the day the original phone was purchased is the day that countdown starts. I will tell everyone to never go to metro till the day I die for their horrible customer service they hung up on me after I told them what their policy states. Junk there's no corporate n office no one in charge it's a bunch of crap and they outsource to other countries so no one here to speak to.

I do not recommend this T-Mobile location they are not helpful the person who is there was talking to somebody that seemed like a friend conversation way too long before asking why I was there not helpful or nice or friendly I would go to a different T-Mobile place if I was you

Lucy Ruiz was great! My phone was taken in Portland, due to a Smash & Grab So I lost everything on my phone because I forgot an old password on my iCloud. I can never regain everything I had because of those thieves! Lucy helped me to move forward. I even lost my old Yelp reviews.... I had a lot! Lucy was very helpful and kind!

I went yesterday cause my phone was broke it just shut off completely on me and I needed help ASAP and I'm so glad I went her name was brennah not sure how to spell her name but she was so helpful and extremely nice and she helped me get a good phone and with a phone case and everything !! So glad I went line was long and everyone else other employees just walking around doing nothing , and there's a line outside that was rude even a employee knew a " customer " and let him cut !! So happy I got her to helped me out (:

The staff right away acts super entitled which is pathetic when as a business you get multiple lines for your own business and this miserable cashiers try to make you feel unworthy of their attention. I feel terrible for their unhappiness but as a business owner my self I feel sorry for the owner of this place. Loosing customers to his or her store because of a couple cashiers with low self-steem is quite sad.

My phone broke so I was in need of a new one. There was a short line to get in because of covid but it was mainly people inside making phone payments at the front so I asked if I could just browse the phones because I needed to buy a new one. (In the back of the store). They rudely told me no. I waited in line just to come inside to a lady talking to me like I was a nuisance and just to be told that they have "very limited" supply of iPhones. They didn't have the ones I wanted. Bad service, so I'll be spending my money elsewhere.

My review is about a few employees and management. I was lied to about a certain promotion over the phone when I came into the store they said something different. The store is a corporate store so I expected better customer service especially if I was told one thing and then they wouldn't honor it when I came in . Told the manager I would be calling and making a complaint and giving them a bad yelp score also. He didn't care and acted like it wasn't a big deal. Also this store was playing explicit rap music super loud in the store with curse words and other bad lyrics in reference to drugs. Not ok especially for a corporate store with families coming in.
