Why go anywhere else when you have the service, their fast , friendly, just all around good people
Even better at this spot then others I been in just to pay my phone bill
I wood even pay more to shop here it's like I drive out of my own area to this location

The customer service here was absolutely horrible. The employee goes by the name elieen. Not only was she rude, she was on the phone with her friend or boyfriend the entire time, gossiping and laughing while I was standing there waiting to be helped.

I really like the customer service provided by both the manager and the employees. I felt really welcomed and appreciated for buying with them. I I've got to also thank the employee Fernando for its help with an issue with my phone that I've been having for a while.

Ana answered all of my questions and matched me with a phone that met my requirements and price point She also assisted with the initial set up which is usually the worst part about getting a new phone for fear of losing all of your contacts etc. Go see Ana she has excellent customer service !!!

I didn't even make a purchase today because of how horrible the service was. The young woman was busy attending a client while the other employee was on lunch or something. Well the other employee returns and attends to his little friends before attending to me. Very rude and disrespectful. I'm not one to put up with that. Very unprofessional.
