Nancy Sandoval and Brenda gave the worst costumer service I went to activate an unlocked iPhone and was asked if I was sure it was unlocked when I clearly had told them several times it was they charged me $45 to activate the phone and stated all prices had gone up when I received the message saying I was only charged $26. I called Metro Pcs directly and the lady on the phone said I was only supposed to be charged $25 so I went back inside and told Brenda and Nancy what happened and Brenda started screaming at the lady on the phone and me. They have been reported to the corporation and something will get done. I’ve been with Metro PCS for more than 15 years and had never encountered something as such. This metro pcs store should be supervised.

I was very misinformed by this company. After my phone got stolen I called and was told about the phone being insured so it could be replaced for 200, but was not looked at deeper to find out it was only a virus protection insurance. I came to this store and they did not set it up they just gave me a paper to call for insurance when I had no phone. I had to go back to the store 3 times. When they asked for security questions, they asked questions I wouldn't know because I was in autopay. no excuse. Found another service that was cheaper better customer service .

I came into this location this past Friday August 12th. Immediately, I was greeted by a gentlemen Named Leo. He was the definition of great customer service! I came in for a new SIM card and he was told by a co-worker that the system was not working with activating SIM cards. (Something along those lines) However, that did not stop him from going above and beyond to ensure I left with a new SIM card installed. I am not from the area but due to work, I sometimes am in the area and will make sure to call in advance for Leo if I ever need a new phone or services from Metro. Thanks again Leo, for your hard work and dedication in ensure a happy Customer. This world needs more people like you! Stay RAD.
