Many of my text messages don't come through until the next day. Makes me wonder how many don't come through at all.

This location does not value its customers. Gisele or Gisela was the employee helping me, I was charged for this help which is fine. I came back because my new phone didn’t have data. She was now with a new attitude, being rude, and even went as far as stating she was doing me a favor in helping me. I paid for a service that she did not do right, so I went back. The manager did not do anything, while speaking to him she was off in the corner gossiping with other coworkers. This is clearly a location that does not value customer service. This probably happened because management allows it’s employees to be rude to customers. Please avoid this location it does not respect its customers.

I came in to by a phone but decided to not make the purchase and Gissel was extremely helpful and understanding with no pressure. I really appreciate her help!!

This particular Metro Store is a “Corporate Office" Store, and because of this: the Employees are very knowledgeable about the “In's-and-out" of Phones & Service". So, if you have any problems, or questions, then I suggest that you Definitely go Here, rather than to one of the smaller “Mon & Pop's" Store's. I will pay my Bill at Any Metro Store, but if I have anything else I need done: I Go to this Store. ?

Honestly the best store in whole OC, Jovanni was the best help as soon as we walked in he greeted us and helped us! What an amazing customer service that he has!

The employee boldly manipulated and lied to me just to get a sale for the commission. Be sure to read your receipt and the return policy. Just because you purchased a phone today doesn't mean you can return it today. Make sure what the clerk is doing to your account is what you asked to be done. I am furious and feel violated!

Good and fast purchase of a new phone, I’ve been a loyal customer for 20 years now. Ever since they started service in 2002. I don’t understand all the negative reviews about this company. Some people just need to read more and research more than being ignorant and screaming at a employee for a free phone because the poster outside the store says you get a free phone. Read what are the terms on how to get it don’t expect to walk in and just get a free phone because you and the poster outside says so.

The Sales Rep Maha, she was amazing. This Metro on Redhill in Tustin is my "go to" cell phone store. They are very helpful & Maha took very good care of me on my Birthday. Also a shout out to Adell. He ordered me an iPhone & it was there the very next day waiting for me to pick up. Thank you both for helping make my Birthday awesome.

Came in for help with phone I purchased. Angel couldn't figure out my phone question so he offered to open a ticket and said someone would reply in 3 days. No one called. I was going to wait for a case number or ticket number but he said he would do it after I left and he couldn't give a case number. He assured me someone would respond but sadly no one did. I also asked if he could consult someone else in the store about my question and he said no they wouldn't be able help. Poor service from Metro T-mobile. Don't buy a phone and expect help from them. This was second store went to. Your basically on your own. Will be going with another carrier.

My phone got stolen. They said it was insured all I needed was a certain fee lesser than how much I paid for the phone.they did not fix the problem. They gave me a number to the insurance. They asked impossible questions for me to answer, due to the fact I'm on autopay. I don't pay attention to dates due to this, so they connected me to another phone number, then they asked for another thing I needed and that I had to go to the store. I go back to the store, got the number I needed for my account.i called that number of the insurance again. They transferred me to another phone number and I talk about my situation again and suddenly that receptionist stopped talking to me... The phone line was still on but the receptionist ghosted me....I called another metro PCs store and they said to go back to the store again. I don't know why that the stores can't help especially when they are of the same company. There's something wrong with the connection between the phone companies systems in trying to help the customers.i felt like I was thrown in a circle. Another thing. The phone operator gave me the wrong information saying I have the insurance but did not check what type of insurance so they made me believe that my phone recovery will be 200 but it was false. It was for the mc afee antivirus program insurance.... They did not look deeper into my case gave me false hope.
