The Indian store workers restricted my account in a attempt to make me buy a new phone. They have a reputation in this location for doing the same to other people. I went to another metro store and told them where I paid for the service and the man already knew what they had done. Do not make payments in this location as the workers will try to trick and deceive you into buying a new phone or device.

This is the worst experience ever! lady on the counter had lack of knowledge on how to override the system wasted my time. lost my phone just trying to activate my new phone she had me call customer service and they told me she should be able to do it in the store , went to a different location where thankfully I landed someone who knows what they are doing and not just standing behind a counter it’s ridiculous out here

Last Thursday I visited THIS metro PCs location. And of the three locations I visited that day THIS was where they treated me best. Many thanks to Angelica for assisting me, super professional, she resolved my doubts today and I finally found a phone that I feel comfortable with. His partner is also very kind. The next time I consider buying a phone THIS will be the first location I will visit. Highly recommended and very satisfied with the attention.

Great customer serviceI needed a Portable Charger for my phone because it was almost out of battery and I was lucky to have Metro by T Mobile close by.I was especially lucky to have Mary for help.Mary was very kind and helpful.She provided me the Battery I needed for my phone and It worked perfectly well.I had also lost my mask and she kindly provided me one.Thank you so much for help, your kindness and your service. the customer service is rude and they make the transaction wrong to sell, they do not explain the plans well I bought one plan and they measured another, I do not recommend them better visit another store, do not waste your time and money
