As far as convenience goes it's in a great spot right on the corner of too busy streets and literally right off the freeway exits prices are a bit high but what can you expect from a gas station right off the freeway.

I used to work at a corner store in the area. It's abnormal to observe such a corner store, and the staff are well disposed and accommodating.
