Had to use the 17th street Santa Ana branch a few times and on multiple occasions was fortunate enough to get help from Dominique Abadiness. Rarely does someone go so far above and beyond as she has. Between her fast typing, diligent reviews and thoughtful guidance, she is on it! She even typed up and printed a series of wire transfer request forms, without me even asking, because she knew it would save me time and possibility of error. If you go here and need a new account or wire transfer, ask for Dominique... trust me.

Had to get a new atm card because my original one was compromised. The gentleman was prompt at printing out a new card. Also made a withdrawal and he was just very polite.

Regarding the NFCU E 17th St Branch,, no issues at all. Staff is very accommodating, personable and cordial (and I'm not always in the best of spirits!)A majority of the negative comments regarding this branch on this Alphabet-Google review site are exaggerated, unsupported, just inaccurate (e.g. closed during business hours: untrue) or just disgruntled members (e.g. auto loan refused, etc). No business or person is perfect but these folks make a good attempt at trying to offer perfect service.Hey, we get it. Sometimes we're stressed, under pressure and not in the best of spirits after or during a long work day but we need to remember to take a few, really deep breaths before making ourselves even more stressed.Good service NFCU, E 17th St, santa ana, ca staff.

The front desk was not helpful with our scanning issue to upload the documents. Prior our application, they told us to come in branch to ask for help with documents upload when possible. I was turn away by the front desk here and to bring my family member who's busy working, which gave me consent to help them out with the paperwork. I let them know many options like facetime or call as well. Wasted my time driving and gas($6 nowadays).

Legit employ criminals and crackheads missing teeth and people that talk about politics at your branch. Management is the worst I've ever seen. Manager legit said people were jealous of her because eshe got her position in an interview. Who do you honestly hire? I'm sick of it

This credit union is bar none the best financial institution I have ever banked with. I consider myself fortunate that I have links to the military in my immediate family so I qualify to join and was even able to get my elderly Mother in as a member - she's thrilled to be out of Wells Fargo (cringe/shudder) and loves how polite everyone is at her local NFCU branch. Polite works for me too, but I also appreciate the efficiency and accuracy and great attitude of the staff. Both in person and over the phone. Seriously, I like this credit union so much I am considering buying a NFCU sweatshirt on Ebay - no other brand out there would I do this for.

Rude a** bank teller. I came in wanting to withdraw my stimulus from the card that the IRS sent me. I come in with my passport, my drivers license, yes the passport was expired but it has my name on it. My ID has my name, my debit card has my name, social security card has my name, everything literally in my wallet would count as identification to know it's my f*cking stimulus card, even the stimulus card has my money. The bank teller told me for every single thing "no those won't work, definitely not gonna work" like what the hell you want me to do, write my name in my own blood? What does it take for me to withdraw MY money, and bank teller said my best bet was using the ATM. Never going to this branch again if the workers are just gonna be rude, I make minimum wage and definitely am not as rude as this guy to any customer that walks in. It ain't hard to treat people with respect, so whoever he was, f*ck you

Love love love Navy Federal and their customer service. Even with this pandemic, they take their time to help you in a timely manner and safely.
