I have mailed ordered many times thermal direct labels from Office smart labels. I have purchased permanent and removable 4x6-in labels, as well as direct thermal permanent labels and a variety of sizes. The product is comparable to all the other labels I've ever bought the price is better and the services prompt.

Company does not respond to emails and does not call back. The only option is for you to leave a voicemail and a “rep will get back to youâ€. It's been a few days now and no one has tried to contact me.
