I called OCCR regarding getting an acetylene cylinder hydro tested. Sandy returned my called and informed me that my cylinder did not need to be recertified. He was very helpful in answering my questions and referred a local company. OCCR customer service was outstanding even though I didn't need their services. Thanks...
