He is so serviceable, welcoming, and professional, I really feel that I matter.

If you could give zero stars, I would poor customer service I went to get help For my 2010 GMC Acadia Trailer harness wire I asked one of the workers for help all he did was say, take a picture of it and look for it yourself. Even I told him for help because I never installed it myself he still wouldn’t help

My car wouldn't take a jump from any of the battery packs after I came to get my battery checked, so Pedro pulled his car around to jump mine and stood in the parking lot with me for 15+ minutes while we waited for it to charge. He was very kind and so helpful and I appreciate it so much!!!

Great guys, had a real scary problem after buying a new battery from there this afternoon but they took all the time, effort, and trouble to help me that was necessary. I appreciate it very much to the two guys who helped me out, a very big thank you.

I experiences one of the employe getting yelled at by the manager as soon as the employe walked in to start his shift, it wasn’t cool, right after he checked my battery and I asked him if his manager (Estefany) is always like that toward him and he replied yes. It’s really unfortunate and unfair for the employees that work here.

Pretty typical location for this retail chain. On a road trip and stopped by for some basic car cleaning supplies. The store was clean and well stocked.

I went for a return on an alternator core. The two working afternoon shift were nice, patient and friendly. I felt bad for them having to jump through so many hoops for a simple return. O’Reilly Auto Parts is a 50 billion dollar organization. Hire some better software devs and clean up your application for the employees.

I went at 7:20 and waited for them to open. The late turned on at 7:30am when they are supposed to open. However, I waited outside the store and called it till 8:45am and nothing. It was pouring in rain and so cold. I ended up leaving and went across the street to Auto Zone and they took care of me.ORiely needs better staff and management.
