Im not sure who did my alignment for my car but he went one step going further on telling me why my alignement was off and why the steering wheel went sideways when driving due to, too much negative camber on the front wheels. He put everything to specification which actually made me feel good since many places ive taken my car to have just half assed it and left it to the bare minimum. He ended up doing my alignment twice since the first time the steering wheel was a little sideways, but once I came in the second time he explained to me the problem and it made sense since i lifted the front of the car. He explained that the camber couldnt be fully adjusted but that he would try and he did the best he could. Totally recommend these guys. This was for my 2019 charger pursuit. Im going to have to bring my car to them once i get the adjustable control arms since I feel comfortable with these guys.

The store assistant manager was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions and even went above and beyond to explained/show me in details so that I understand the issue or what to look to determine if I should take my car in again for check up.

Edgar and the the team at Pep Boys in Santa Anna were great today. We were in town for Disney and had a blow out. There were some other issues with our vehicle as well and they were able to get our car in early and work on it all day. Great work and great attitudes.

When I arrived for my 9:00 am appointment I was told that it’s going to take longer because the tech had just arrived and there were earlier appointments that needed to be done first. But they were able to get the work done in a timely manner. My only concern is that since they installed the two new tires my car does not handle the same, the steering feels sloppy is the best way I can explain it. I have never had this issue since buying the car. I’ve mentioned this to pepboys and waiting on a response. Otherwise I will take it to my mechanic to determine the issues and what caused them.

This Pep Boys really outdid itself in accurately identifying my engine leak after multiple Firestones failed to do so and working for me in a timely, efficient manner to fix the issue. Assistant Manager Nio was a big help going above and beyond to make the repair process as smooth as possible. I definitely will be returning here after the outstanding service his team provided.
