It has turned out to be the best option for grooming my dog, without cuts, without hurting him, without bad cuts, although I don't see how they treat him but it is a benefit that he doesn't see his little body hurt!

This is our dog Luna, today my son took her to do her grooming at the pet smart that is on 17 in Santa Ana when my son took her the girl who took care of him named Brianna told him that she had some knots in her hair which Her hair was going to be a little short to which my son said yes, it is worth mentioning that it is the first time he has taken her there regularly we go to the pet smart in Market place but there were appointments there so they received her there they didn't even pass 20 minutes when they talk to my son and tell him that they can't take care of her because she has knots ??♀️and to go get her and that's how they gave her to him?I don't understand how there are people who don't have the dedication to do their job if she already I had seen her because she didn't say it from the beginning! She has several injuries, her skin is obvious from the machine they used without first treating her hair, which I understand is that's how they do it, so what kind of service do they provide? Now, my son is talking to the company. manager and what she told him is that the dog is very small and that they recommend taking her to the vet because they have the “tools” that are needed and I said then what the hell is this business for, it is worth mentioning that if the dog is 9 months but it is not the first time that grooming has had super bad service!
