I'm also new to kaiser... And my doctor keep nagging me and nagging me about the vaccine. And with every we know now.. still not getting it. Anyway my doctor because I told him no the first few times, he got all douchbag on me and now acts like a little girl when I go for appointments and obviously doesn't wanna help me. You are a horrible doctor and machista. ACT LIKE YOU GIVE A RATS A** ABOUT YOUR PATIENTS DOUCHBAG.

I was helped out by a very nice pharmacist today and also Pantera at the family medicine receptionist desk. Pantera met me with such a kind attitude and positive outlook on my health. I had questions and she was able to direct me in the right places. She even is very knowledgeable of mental health too. It's always nice coming across such spectacular service. Thank you for my great visit today!

We arrived late for my daughter's appointment. I asked if we could still be seen or if we needed to reschedule. The receptionist said he had to check. He kept stringing us along for 45 minutes only to say we couldn't be seen. Considering all of the appointments we arrived 15 minutes early for and still waited 30-40 minutes beyond our appointment times over the years, this was a slap in the face.

Came here for my child's COVID vaccine. Horrible wait time! Walk ins and Appoinments are treated the same way. Pointless to make appointment.

I have had a wonderful experience coming to this facility for more than 10 years. I love Kaiser coverage because it's so convenient. After I see my doctor, any lab work or pharmacy need is addressed right there in the same building. The emphasis on preventative care is also such a wonderful part of the culture. My health care team has motivated me through the years to live my healthiest life. This facility also has mental health care, because therapy can help us all! Mind and body are connected in ways we don't even realize. I also attended some support sessions here for managing workplace stress. My primary care physician, Dr. Davari, takes a real interest in me and never makes me feel rushed. My gynecologist, Dr. Donnelly, has the most compassionate bedside manner you could possibly hope for. 10/10 I would recommend Kaiser, and this facility specifically, to any of my loved ones. And I have!

I'm new to Kaiser. Went in for a physical check up and my assigned Dr. was Jasmine Takhar. Let me start by saying she's rude and incompetent! She was supposed to be my new primary doctor. I asked her to order some labs and for a medical clearance. Her response was that she couldn't clear me or order all my labs. She also said that I have to go outside and pay for someone else to clear me. Like how does that even make any sense!! Why am I paying for Insurance if I can't use my insurance for my medical needs. Your primary care doctor should be the one cleaning you for surgery! 2nd she was asking me for my medical history and contradicting everything I said! As If I didn't know what I was talking about! I wouldn't recommend anyone to have this lady as your doctor! And the only reason she's getting a star is cause I can not give 0 stars!!! I have called member services and made a complaint! I also will be changing Drs and if needed changing health insurance outside of Kaiser!!!

Took my wife for her first OB check up the nurses were not helpful and no compassion what so ever, Dr. was nice and helpful but the ream leader and doctor nurse were very unhelpful, was ask to wait for 5 minutes I ended up waiting for more than 30 minutes to go in with my wife who is scared Abd had prior miscarriage and this is her first baby And she is not able to communicate in English and won't allow me to translate even the part that does have anything to do with domestic violence questions I'm giving two stars just for the midwife who was very nice My wife was scard and confused given the fact that she is new in the state and not fluent in English Bad services

The services received at this clinic is really unbelievably horrible beyond disbelief. You need to understand the doctors at Santa Ana are under extreme pressure to make a lot of money. They may offer treatment which you clearly do not need. If you are on Medi-Cal, they will do their best to milk every dollar from the American government in terms of money and fraud. Yes, I believe some of the professionals here are guilty of fraud. Just be careful when you get some treatment in this clinic. Also, you need to understand how Kaiser works. Other hospitals like Sand Canyon and Willard will not contradict any form of treatment at Santa Ana. So, it is best to avoid the Santa Ana clinic at all costs or else the other hospitals within other Kaiser hospitals will have no choice not to contradict the recommended treatment at Santa Ana. I can relate to Indiana Jones in the clip, but I would not take the statue from the natives.

I didn't have any bad experience before the pandemic. But recently, I have been experiencing very last minute appointment cancellation. Two months ago, they cancelled me a day before my appointment, which was booked a couple months ago. And today, they called me 1 HOUR before my kid's appointment to say they just received their schedule and has to cancel mine... People have works and kids have school and such. People arranged their time to commit to go to the appointments, but they just cancelled you just a day or an hour before the appointments. Very unprofessional and unreasonable!!!

It was my first time at this Kaiser location, but the staff here was friendly and ready to help. First things first. You have to answer a series of questions in accordance with covid protocols in regards to how you are feeling before you are let inside of their facilities for your temperature to be taken. The staff was very helpful in pointing me in the right direction of where I needed to go. First to set up my flu shot appointment, then onto the waiting room on the second floor. It's always scary (for me anyways) when going to a new facility that you are not familiar with. However, the staff at this location made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Thanks, Santa Ana Kaiser!

I always have a good experience here. I have been coming for 6 years now. Rarely have to wait for long and always find easy parking and pharmacy convenience. Staff is friendly and helpful and the nurses are always caring. Dr. Damanan is our pediatrician and the kids like her, she doesn't rush you like I have had in the past. Patel is my OBGYN and I like her also. I have had different less positive experiences at other Kaiser locations but this one is always good for me and my mother in law was just saying the same thing.

Came here on a Friday afternoon to get a small sebaceous/epidermoid cyst removed on my chest. This was my first time at this medical office and I was impressed. The staff I encountered were all extremely friendly. Kelsey the LVN, Dr. Nadine Hammoud, and Dr. Dang were all very gentle, patient, and comforting during my procedure since this is the first time I've ever had an incision done so I was a little nervous. They successfully removed the cysts and stitched me up and I was on my way out as good as new!
