We love the Prisma team! Katherine and Makayla in the office are so sweet and very responsive when we need anything. We have been here 5 years and continue to consider Prisma our home. The maintenance team is fantastic and the custodial team are the sweetest most hardworking people you will ever meet. They all truly care and it makes the biggest difference. Thank you, Prisma team!

when you move out, they charge mandatory flat cleaning fees and painting fees on top. doesn’t matter if it’s normal wear and tear. doesn’t have enough ev charging stations. my unit has had many plumbing issues that the roof leaked that they had to install dehumidifiers for days. cant call this luxury apartments

Recently sold my house and after viewing apartment after apartment, finally lucked out to find one at Prisma. Moved in a few months ago and can’t say enough good things about the apartment, the grounds, and the staff from leasing (Katherine and MacKayal) to maintenance (Miner). Apartment was in great condition upon move-in, everything is clean, no pest issues, other residents are quiet and respectful of shared spaces, gym/common areas/pool are always clean and maintenance has been super responsive the one time I had to submit a request. There were no hidden fees and they don’t fee you to death with random things like other apartments. I haven’t had an issues with mail/package delivery and everything is secured with fobs, including parking. Definitely recommend looking here if you’re looking for clean, quiet, reasonably priced pet friendly apartments. Thank you Katherine and MacKayla for making the move in so easy!

I can say with 100% confidence that Prisma was one of the best apartment complexes I’ve lived in.
Management was very responsive, understanding, and treated residents like humans. When we had an issue with our parking spot, they moved us, free of charge, to a better location. When packages were placed outside of gates or doors, management would move these into the parcel lockers.
The maintenance team was also stellar. They were super responsive and had every request fixed within a day of submitting them. When we realized our apartment was developing mold from a leak, they had the leak fixed, entire section replaced & mold cleaned within 4 days of calling.
Residents were also very respectful. We never had any issue with sound, theft, or break-ins.
All of this contributed to a very pleasant 2 years at prisma. If I could stay forever, I would. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone searching for a place in the area.

MOVE HERE!! Prisma had been my home for 2 years and I was saddened when I had to move to a different city. Prisma was my first apartment in OC and it has set the bar SO high.
Location: Super close to freeway entrances. You are in the heart of OC, what more could you want. The Santiago Park nearby is sooo well kept and pleasant. Open tennis courts as well! Mother's market, olive garden, chipotle, habit grill, and donerG is also a walk-able food option.
Safety/ parking: The apartment complex itself is very safe. I haven't had any problem with theft of packages, people parking in my parking spot, or guest parking running out. There are plentiful guest parking spots, very rarely do I have to have guests park in the Mother's market lot and walk over.
Noise (in apartment): SOUND PROOF. I barely hear anything from next-door neighbors or outside in the halls. Them front doors be THICK. You might hear upstairs neighbors if they have a heavy foot, but otherwise no complaints. The only thing is that if you choose a unit facing the alleyway, the trash trucks come like 2x a week super early in the morning... so beware of that and wear earplugs
Management: I first joined the community with Michael and Bryant were still around running the leasing office. They hosted super cool community events, and even a grand luau for the whole complex! It was always a joy to see them around. The new staff members are also very helpful and friendly! One instance, I had an issue with my parking spot and mentioned it to Natalie in the leasing office. Without hesitation, she moved my tandem spot to another one that was available AND was closer to the elevator leading up to my unit! 10/10 miss her so much
That being said, the leasing office is SUPER responsive. They are reliable and the maintenance staff is also A+. When you submit/ call for a request for something to be fixed in your apartment, IT ACTUALLY GETS DONE SUPER QUICKLY! Customer service is no joke around here, I feel like any other place I've lived before, or will live in the future, cannot top it.
Amenities: clean and almost always empty. Residents don't often use the common areas or tech lounge, so more for you! The pool is also usually quiet :) Gym probably gets used the most but I haven't had a problem with people hogging equipment.
Cost: Technically, this complex is within the Santa Ana zipcode, even though it borders Orange. Santa Ana rent prices and rent laws are very nice :)
Move-in/Move-out: they have a service elevator which you can reserve for a couple hours if you have a large trunk or uhaul filled with stuff. Luckily, I lived right next to it and it was the easiest move-in/out process ever.
My review is getting long, but 10/10 would recommend! I am not a bot, I just love this apartment complex so much and I will dearly miss calling this place my home <3

Luis was incredible, quick response within hours and problem was fixed in about 30 min. He cleaned up after himself and was respectful of the space. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience

It's gearing up to 3 years of staying in Prisma! We've upgraded from 1 bedroom to 2, from 1 side of the building to the other, and we couldn't have been more satisfied. The management team is consistently looking at ways to engage our community with food trucks, events, and treats! There are a ton of residents who have been here for years and definitely make us feel safe and homey. We can't praise the maintenance and custodial team enough. Our work orders are worked on in less than 24 hours. They're respectable and quick. Alberto and Clara are the most hardworking duo ever, regardless of the weather - they make sure to keep our complex clean; most importantly, they do it with such a genuine smile. They've been here since we moved in and have seen our family grow and have constantly been just as sweet as the first day we met them.

I can't say enough good things about Minor, our amazing maintenance man! He truly went above and beyond to help me out in a pinch. First, he fixed my AC quickly and efficiently, ensuring my home was cool and comfortable again especially with my dog who was sick and overheating! But that's not all! Later that same day, I had an emergency with my shower that wouldn't stop running. Despite the late hour, Minor came to our rescue without hesitation. I was so worried and then relieved! His dedication, professionalism, and expertise are unmatched. I am incredibly grateful for his hard work and commitment. Minor is an absolute lifesaver and a true asset to our community!

Absolutely love the complex! Always clean, and management is always nice and communicative. They’re constantly trying to make improvements to make the place better (painting, repairing, cleaning, etc). Shows that our rent is going towards something for us and not just into their pockets! Maintenance team was also very prompt and respectful.

The Apartment place is very secure and maintained very well. The maintenance requests are usually fixed with in 24 hours. Mike was very helpful from the beginning and the Staff was very friendly and did a great job in having some events every month. I would definitely recommend this place.

I visit my boyfriend here often. I love the vibe here. I especially love making small talk with Mike. He is so friendly! Also, the maintenance team here is so prompt! I would recommend living here if you like to talk to staffs and really make your apartment feel like home.

My boyfriend and I have lived at Prisma for 3 months now and I love the little community! The living amenities are always clean and the custodial staff is so friendly. The management team is also amazing and friendly! They put on the best events and socials :) I also love that they answer promptly to any service requests and keep us in the loop regarding construction or maintenance on an elevator.It's also a 10/10 location! Very walkable to nearby food and Mothers Market. If you don't like the gym in the apartment, 24 hour fitness is also walking distance.The apartment unit itself is great and I have no complaints. Thank you Prisma for making my first apartment living experience amazing!!

I've been living at prisma for 2 years and just renewed for a 3rd and couldn't be happier. The office works so hard to keep the residents happy and throws some of the best community events I've seen. I've lived at many apartment complexes and none of them have truly felt like home until prisma. It is a smaller complex compared to all the other nearby communities which is great because it feels more secure and everyone is on a first name basis with each other. Bryant, Natalie and Michael are always super helpful and the maintenance team is quick to handle any issues we've had. I've toured the communities next to us and the choice is always obvious to stay here. Prisma is home.

My wife and I lived at Prisma for a year, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this complex. From the very first day of us moving in, we were impressed with how clean they had left our unit and simply how easy they made the move-in process. The complex itself is also very well-maintained, and they try to be on top of things when there are accidental spills or other small things here and there that require cleaning. The majority of residents are nice and courteous, which is reflected in the community having a very calm, chill vibe.It is located with fast and easy access to major freeways such as the 22, 55, and 5. Despite it being close to these freeways, there's never really much traffic at all on the surrounding streets, especially Lawson Street - which is the main street used to enter Prisma. As far as staff goes, we only have positive things to say about Bryant, Natalia, Mike, and the maintenance crew. Bryant does an extraordinary job as the Community Manager, communicating anything going on within the complex from upcoming repairs to events. Natalia and Mike were always genuinely nice and helpful the few times we needed their help with something and we appreciated that they were easy to get a hold of. We only had 1 maintenance request during our time there and it was addressed the very next day.This place really felt like home, and we only decided not to renew our lease as we were searching for a slightly bigger unit. Now that we're at a new complex, we miss Prisma being our home. All in all, Prisma really delivers a great apartment living experience on all fronts: a quiet community, thoughtfully designed floor plans, great working appliances, prime location, plentiful resident/guest parking, and amazing staff! Suffice it to say, we highly recommend Prisma! Even if perhaps other complexes in the area appear to look more "luxurious" and offer more, you won't go wrong opting for Prisma!
