I had issues with two of my Brother Printers and contacted PTM for a quote to get it fixed. They quoted me a fair price to fix both of them so I went to drop off the printers the following day. Fernando was courteous, knowledgable and willing to help with the questions that I had about my printers. They have great deals on ink/toners and will offer check ups/maintenance if you experience issues with using their toner. A few months after I picked both of them up, one of them still continued to have the issue, but Fernando was responsive and welcoming in checking it out again to see the issue. It was a couple days shy of the 90 day warranty they have, but Fernando still took my printer in and fixed the issue without charge in a timely fashion. Thank you PTM/Fernando!

I am the office manager for a busy CPA. We have been using PTM to service our printers for some time. We started to purchase their toners; they have high-quality toners with great pricing, and it includes their free service. We recently replaced several of our printers with PTM machines and their turn around was fast. Fernando and Luis are very friendly and professional, it's a great family owned business. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing printers, toners and a very professional service.

I was looking to buy a replacement ink for HP3830. I knew it wasn't cheap. He checked and advised my best and quickest option (which was not from his own store). I appreciate the honesty. He's gained my trust and business on my other equipment at home and office.

I called about my laser printer that suddenly would not power up. This happened at the worst time as I was in the middle of a lot of printing and scanning. The fellow who answered gave me instructions on what to do with the printer and computer (e.g. turn this off, unplug that). Voila! It's back and working perfectly! They made not a cent, but gained a customer for life!

I have done business with them several times to fix a multifunction printer. The pricing is fair and they're very busy, so you do have to call to make sure it's ready for pick up. They have been reliable in answering questions and returning my calls. I would be happy to return to have my machines serviced.

I have a Brother multifunction Printer/Scanner/Copier/Fax which I was having problems with. In a 20-minute chat with a Brother technician, he eventually recommended that I take the device to a repair shop; Printers Terminals Maintenance was one of their nearby recommended repair shops. I then called and spoke with Fernando. He asked me to describe the problem and subsequently diagnosed it as a wifi interface problem, not a hardware problem. I later confirmed his diagnosis and have remedied the problem. I really appreciate Fernando's knowledge and honesty. I will be contacting him in the future regarding problems and also printer toner cartridges.

Like many of the other reviews here, I really appreciate doing business with Fernando and his father. They represent all that a service company can hope to be. Good service, fair prices and stand behind their work. The fuser in my HP LaserJet went out a few months back and they replaced it. Today they came and replaced it again (past the warranty date) for free with no questions asked and even apologized for the fuser malfunction which is not their fault because they don't manufacture the fusers just install when bad. They also sell quality toner cartridges for much less than the mfg. toner cartridges sold at office supply stores and they stand behind the quality on that part as well. Great small business, everyone should use them.

This is my first time using this company for my office, but so far I'm impressed. I have a printer that we'd tried to used cheap ink which exploded in the printer. We were going to buy a new printer because the original am manufacturer cartridges were more expensive than just getting a new printer. A contractor with out company suggested we try this service first. They bring like OEM cartridges for a fraction of the cost. The technician will come out, replace the cartridges and clean your printer inside and out. Then if you have any problems with their cartridges they'll come out and replace for fee (unless you've used a majority of the cartridge first). It was a lot cheaper to have them come here than buy the "cheap" ink online that exploded in our printer. Also we had the owner as our technician since he gave his technicians time off during the holidays. His name is Fernando and he was professional, on time, extremely knowledgeable and super nice. I would definitely recommend their service. And it's a lot cheaper than you think!
