I had the difficult task of switching to a new storage praying to find something closer to home and had limited time to do it. I found Public Storage on W. McArthur and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. Thanks to Susanna, who was a God-send and served me and my family extremely well. She was patient, she made sure it was exactly what we needed and she even stayed after hours to complete our rental her explanations were thorough and she has such a great personality. Just wanted to shout you out girl! Thanks again for making the move smooth. Your AWESOME SUSANNA!!!

My experience with Public Storage was exceptional from beginning to end. Susanna (Front Desk) was on top of it. She was very informative and explained everything in detail. Got a great price for the unit:) I will definitely recommend Public Storage especially at the Santa Ana location ?
