I went there last week to do my lab. It was organized IF you have appointment. I did not have to wait that long before they called me in at the time of my appointment. Overall I had a pleasant experience. The phlebotomist was very good too, I did not catch her name but she did a phenomenal job. I did not feel the needle at all. I recommend this location IF you have appointment. I did see some walk-ins that had to wait long time and frustrated.

Went in on 11.08.22 to get my blood drawn for NIPT. After weeks of not receiving my results, come to find out Quest sent the wrong information/tested incorrectly. Now i need to go back and do it again. If you’re doing genetic testing please don’t waste your time here with the incompetent staff.

Friendly fast and efficient staff. Showed up 6 hours early for an appointment they got me in right away within 15 minutes I was done and gone. Highly recommended

No front desk? Really? Workers can be heard chatting and laughing while there is no one on front desk helping ? People had to literally knock on the door.

I was here at 4.22.22 and all these people are waiting for like 3 hours and never got there apt. Two elderly s were scared to lose their atp.. Also the employee's are saying that they can't help us. The room is packed. This is a bad quest Diagnostics in Santa Ana.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT COUNTER. JUST LAB PEOPLE DRAWING BLOOD. I GUESS QUEST CANT AFFORD A FRONT OFFICE LAB TECH. I AM GOING BACK TO LABCORP, THIS LOCATION IS TERRIBLE.

Do not use this location, the front counter is only digital, zero assistance. When you check in on phone or keypad in office the message says it will notify you when to return. Then you get alert to cone in they are ready. But nooooo they are not even close. Had appointment and still waiting after 1 hour. No one comes out to get you or will even speak with you. Waste of time

First off I'm so surprised by the bad reviews. This was by far the most efficient and easy experience I've had with a lab to have blood work taken. I wish I got the name of the tech who helped me (room 4!) because she was so pleasant and very accommodating. I realized I had forgotten my paperwork (lack of coffee brain!) but she said no problem but I needed to bring it in. So I came back right away and when she saw me and she had me come right back. Also, the texting system they have for checking in is so easy and extremely quick. I will definitely request them for any further appointments I may need.

Awful. I was hesitant to go to quest for my daughter's blood test because I didn't know how'd they do with toddlers but her doctor checked her veins prior to going and assured me she had easy veins. My fears came true. When it was time for her blood draw they tortured her all for nothing! Held her down and cried in agony as they put the needle in her without even getting any blood. Then they just told me to go back to choc where I had gotten her blood drawn before. Incompetent. Now I believe my daughter is traumatized from this experience. Please don't go here with children

Until recently, this was a great location, but my last two appointments (today and October) were absolute NIGHTMARES! Massively overbook appointments and drastically understaffed. Both times I made appointments for me and my elderly mom (90+) who uses a walker. Both times we were told to wait in the building lobby "because COVID" and the wait would be "quite a while, sorry, there's nothing I can do." Their own lobby is as big as the building lobby, yet there are more people in the building lobby! (But, COVID???) Also, almost no seating, and they don't make accommodations for disabled people like my mom. Today my 90+-year-old mom and I were told to wait outside in the 60° weather because there were no seats inside. We arrived on time and were NOT EVEN ALLOWED TO CHECK IN! The patients who have *appointments* are furious, and the staff is about to implode - some try to be nice, others give off loads of attitude. One was begging for a lunch break. They also apparently have a new computer system that took our phlebotomist about 10 minutes each to check us in. I could go on. DO NOT go to this location! (I hope the others haven't gone downhill, too.) So disappointed that this once exceptional location is now totally dysfunctional. I will be sending a letter to the corporate office. I understand a bad day now and then, but this was two bad appointments in a row. If you can't accommodate that many patients, then cut down on your appointments. And figure out a way to accommodate elderly and disabled people who 1) can't stand, 2) can't wait outside in the cold, 3) can't walk the distance to and from the car repeatedly, or 4) can't sit for long periods on a hard bench with no back on it.

Absolutely horrible receptionist. I I showed up for my appointment and was told to wait outside the office because of Social distancing which was fine. I kept Seeing people walk in and not having to wait outside so I checked the waiting room which had half of the chairs empty and sat down. The receptionist asked me to wait outside. I asked why and she says because they weren't ready for me. I asked why if there are empty chairs. She just asked me to wait outside. Really weird. I was dressed well etc. not sure Why she singled out me and descriminated against me . I have great insurance and a white female and was dressed in clean attire. Maybe she was jealous of My designer bag. Really strange. I will fo to Labquest in the future since I have a choice
