This was a good experience. The tech who took my blood was great! Nice to talk with, fast without being rushed, courteous, positive. Very little wait time(I was on time for my appt). Xlent option for blood tests!

They do not pay attention to the front desk. There are three nurses and 1 patient and they ignore the check ins. This is the 3rd time this happens. These employees are not considerate of the patients

This place deserves 0 starts my mom went a couple times to get her blood work there, but the people “helping” are so rude, plus they didn’t do the correct panel and she needed to go back and redo it! They need to be better at treating people!!

Wow this place was amazing! I am a really hard stick but Antonia is an awesome phlebotomist & was able to get it the first try!!! I will never go anywhere else for lab work!!!!

Had my blood drawn. They did not follow the packaging directions correctly. Not only did they fail to overnight ship, they mixed up the address for the lab and accidentally shipped it to my home address. I got my own blood in the mail a week later. Had to redraw at a different location.

This place doesn't even deserve a star the front ladys attitude is disgusting and unprofessional she is so rude and yelled at my mother and at her good workers. This is unprofessional!!!
