Just left this store in disbelief. I came to make a return and the manager said she had to call the other store to see if I could return it because it’s from another store. Then she tried to tell me that people are bringing in the same paper Receipt that I had. This woman could barely speak English and tried to embarrass me. Please higher better people because she was rude and very disrespectful. Also I saw her take a picture of my Receipt and she tried to keep it. This woman is unreal

They are always professional, helpful and knowledgeable. The staff goes out of their way to answer my questions and rush my refills when necessary.

Was standing in line and waiting like 10 minutes was looking at chips the guy took a little girl order for ice cream then says we are closed there's one line I didn't see you I said ok walk out as I'm leaving he said you want the ice cream how your closed so rude customer service old man with glasses looks like gru

Wednesday, May 8, I came to this pharmacy by mistake for the first time and bought a shampoo and a softener. It turns out that the softener was also shampoo, that is, the softener was packaged as shampoo, I quickly went to the store to get my money back since it is a theft and I was mistreated by the clerk, an older man, since I did not speak English the Sir, he was disgusting and did not want to return the money for the products that were obviously not original. I don't know how they let these people work with the public, being so rude and so despotic.

Best Rite Aid Ever! All employees are fantastic. Store is clean and well stocked. Would not go anywhere else!

This pharmacy is fabulous. 100% improvement over CVS down the street. I might also shop in this store if corporate would fix the A/C. It's too warm for me in the store to linger beyond picking up prescriptions. The workers here deserve a medal for working in such a warm invironment.

legit no manners lol I walked in to pick up an item for uber and the lady I asked got upset and said no! we don't even have them who is putting the order in? I was like uhhh idk lady im just here to do a job lol I dont know what the inventory looks like not like I came here on purpose to piss her off... work on your manners lady maybe the store will have better reviews.

I used to support this pharmacy when the store front was clearly struggling (as per my previous review) but even the pharmacy quality has suffered. I was waiting for a medication which I followed up with them week after week as they said they didn't have in stock and they would place an order. The week after followed up they told me they will put in another order to make sure it comes which it didn't. Eventually I had to call around other rite aid pharmacies to see if they had it in stock and they did so I transferred my Rx to that store so I can get my medication in a timely manner. I think this store needs major improvement from the lack of inventory where I go in there needing something as simple as a mouthwash which they completely run out off. I'm not going to waste my gas going to a store that is going to disappoint me when they don't have my item. I want to support brick and mortar stores but this is why I'm realizing online orders are more convenient in just guaranteed to have your time but sometimes even cheaper than what is in store.

Been coming to this location for awhile now. Fast friendly service. Everyone working the pharmacy are also very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this location. All the store Managers do an amazing job and we can't forget about the ice cream yummy.
